Claims (7)
- 左側面、右側面、上面、底面、及び背面を有する内箱と、
前記内箱の外側に設けられ前記内箱との間で断熱空間を形成する外箱と、
前記断熱空間に設けられた発泡断熱材とを備え、
前記内箱の左右側面、上面、底面、背面の少なくともいずれか1つの面に前記発泡断熱材の充填時にガスを排出するガス抜き孔が設けられ断熱箱体であって、
前記ガス抜き孔を覆わないように前記内箱の断熱空間側に貼付された帯状の通気性シートを備え、
前記通気性シートは、前記内箱のいずれかの面において、対向する1組の辺部のいずれからも離間した位置で、該通気性シートの帯状の長辺方向が該面の他の辺部から離れる方向となるように貼付された断熱箱体。 - 左側面、右側面、上面、底面、及び背面を有する内箱と、
前記内箱の外側に設けられ前記内箱との間で断熱空間を形成する外箱と、
前記断熱空間に設けられた発泡断熱材とを備えた断熱箱体であって、
前記内箱の断熱空間側に貼付された複数の帯状の通気性シートを備え、
複数の前記通気性シートの少なくとも1つの前記通気性シートは、他の前記通気性シートの一部と重なり、かつ、前記内箱のいずれかの面において、対向する1組の辺部のいずれからも離間した位置で、該通気性シートの帯状の長辺方向が該面の他の辺部から離れる方向となるように貼付された断熱箱体。

- 前記内箱は、貯蔵空間側に突出し直線状に延びるビードを備え、
前記通気性シートが、前記ビードを跨ぐように設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の断熱箱体。 - 前記内箱は、貯蔵空間側に凹んだ凹溝を備え、
前記通気性シートが、前記凹溝内に設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の断熱箱体。 - 厚みの異なる複数種類の前記通気性シートが、前記内箱の断熱空間側に貼付されている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の断熱箱体。
- 前記通気性シートが、連続気泡構造のウレタンフォームからなる請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の断熱箱体。
