Claims (2)
- 建築物の基礎床上に支持脚を介して床材が敷設され、前記基礎床と前記床材との間に空間部が形成された二重床の支持構造であって、
前記床材は、少なくとも下地パネルと該下地パネル上に敷設される床パネルとを有し、
前記下地パネルの厚さ方向に貫通穴が形成され、該貫通穴に、内周に雌ネジを設けた筒状枠体が装着されており、
前記支持脚は、前記筒状枠体の内周の雌ネジに螺合する雄ネジが外周に形成され、上面に天壁が設けられ、下面が開口された筒状ケースと、この筒状ケースの内部に挿入されて前記下面の開口から所定長さで突出するゴム材料からなる弾性脚体とを有しており、
前記弾性脚体には、上端面から下端面に至るように貫通路が形成されており、前記筒状ケースの天壁には、工具が嵌合可能な嵌合溝と、前記貫通路に連通する注入孔とが形成されており、前記注入孔から前記貫通路を通して、前記弾性脚体の下端面と前記基礎床との間に接着剤を注入できるように構成されており、
前記弾性脚体の外周に、同弾性脚体の軸方向全長に亘り伸び同弾性脚体と一体形成された薄肉板状のフィンが、周方向に沿って所定間隔をあけて放射状に形成されており、前記弾性脚体が、前記フィンを介して、前記筒状ケースに圧入されて取付けられ、前記フィンは前記筒状ケースの下面の開口から突出することを特徴とする二重床の支持構造。 - 前記筒状枠体は、前記下地パネルの貫通穴内に挿入される挿入部と、該挿入部の一端外周から延設され、前記下地パネルの貫通穴の裏側周縁に係合するフランジ部とからなる請求項1記載の二重床の支持構造。
