Claims (6)
- 支持体20上でフッ素樹脂と無機フィラーとの水分散液またはフッ素樹脂のみの水分散液を被せた(コートした)後、焼成する工程を繰り返して形成された多層構造のフッ素樹脂フィルム10を支持体20上から剥離することによって、多層構造のフッ素樹脂フィルム10を事前形成する段階と、
前記事前形成されたフッ素樹脂フィルム10を金属基材30上に提供する段階と、
前記フッ素樹脂フィルム10と金属基材30を熱圧着する段階とを含み、
前記熱圧着段階では有機化合物が含まれたプライマーまたは接着剤を使用せず、
前記多層構造のフッ素樹脂フィルム10の事前形成段階は、
支持体20上に第1層として、流れ性が良好なフッ素樹脂とポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)との混合物の水分散液を被せて(コートして)焼成する段階と、
第2層として、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレン共重合体(FEP)、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合体(PFA)、テトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロプロピルビニルエーテル共重合体(TFM)、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン−パーフルオロメチルビニルエーテル共重合体(MFA)のうちの1種、またはこれらの2種以上の混合物であるフッ素樹脂と、第2層の焼成前で混合前のフッ素樹脂と無機フィラーの総体積100vol%に対して体積基準含量が5〜50vol%である無機フィラーと、の混合物の水分散液を被せて(コートして)焼成する段階と、
第3層として、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)からなるフッ素樹脂と、第3層の焼成前で混合前のフッ素樹脂と無機フィラーの総体積100vol%に対して体積基準含量が25vol%以下である無機フィラーと、の混合物の水分散液を被せて(コートして)焼成する段階を含む、
調理器具用中間材の製造方法。 - 前記フッ素樹脂と無機フィラーとの水分散液またはフッ素樹脂のみの水分散液を被せる(コートする)段階で支持体20の含浸が行われ、前記含浸により支持体20の両面に前記フッ素樹脂と無機フィラーとの水分散液またはフッ素樹脂のみの水分散液が被せられる(コートされる)ようになる、請求項1に記載の調理器具中間材の製造方法。
- 前記熱圧着段階では平板型プレス板を加熱して圧着を行う、請求項2に記載の調理器具用中間材の製造方法。
- 前記熱圧着段階では二つのローラを含む圧着機を加熱して圧着を行う、請求項2に記載の調理器具用中間材の製造方法。
- 前記平板型プレス板は摂氏300度〜410度の温度を維持するように加熱され、100psi〜800psiの圧力が加えられる、請求項3に記載の調理器具用中間材の製造方法。
- 前記圧着機の二つのローラは摂氏330度〜420度の温度を維持するように加熱され、2MPa〜15MPaの圧力が加えられ、0.2〜5m/minのライン速度が適用される、請求項4に記載の調理器具用中間材の製造方法。
