Description
少なくとも一方の表面に接着剤組成物が塗布された第1木材を準備すると共に、該第1木材と接着させる第2木材を準備し、
上記接着剤組成物に1または複数のレーザ光を照射しつつ照射スポットを上記第1木材の長手方向に相対的に移動させることにより、上記接着剤組成物を順次溶融させ、
上記第1木材における上記接着剤組成物を溶融させた部分を上記第2木材に順次圧締することにより上記第1木材を上記第2木材に接着することを特徴とする木質積層体の製造方法にある。
上記木質積層体の製造方法について、図を用いて説明する。図1に示すように、本例の製造方法は、単板よりなる複数の木材10を順次重ね合わせて接着することにより木質積層体1を製造することができる。以下において、便宜上、新たに接着される木材10を第1木材10aといい、第1木材10aを接着する木材10を第2木材10bという。
本例は、1枚の帯状木材11を治具6の周囲に巻回して木質積層体1bを製造する例である。
Claims (7)
- 複数の木材を接着してなる木質積層体の製造方法であって、
少なくとも一方の表面に接着剤組成物が塗布された第1木材を準備すると共に、該第1木材と接着させる第2木材を準備し、
上記接着剤組成物に1または複数のレーザ光を照射しつつ照射スポットを上記第1木材の長手方向に相対的に移動させることにより、上記接着剤組成物を順次溶融させ、
上記第1木材における上記接着剤組成物を溶融させた部分を上記第2木材に順次圧締することにより上記第1木材を上記第2木材に接着することを特徴とする木質積層体の製造方法。 - 個々の上記レーザ光は、上記接着剤組成物上に、上記第1木材の長手方向に直交する板幅方向に延びる直線状の照射スポットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木質積層体の製造方法。
- 上記レーザ光は半導体レーザ装置、ファイバレーザ装置またはディスクレーザ装置のいずれかから発振されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の木質積層体の製造方法。
- 上記接着剤組成物は熱可塑性樹脂系接着剤を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の木質積層体の製造方法。
- 上記第1木材と上記第2木材とは互いに連なった帯状木材からなり、上記第2木材の周囲に上記第1木材を巻回しつつ接着することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の木質積層体の製造方法。
- 上記第1木材と上記第2木材とは別体であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の木質積層体の製造方法。
- 上記接着が完了した後、得られた上記木質積層体の表面にレーザ光を照射し、当該表面に炭化層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の木質積層体の製造方法。
