Description
ロータと、
ロータと一体回転可能に接続され、内部に冷媒が通る冷媒流路が設けられたロータシャフトと、を備える回転電機であって、
前記ロータシャフトは、第1ロータシャフトと、該第1ロータシャフトの内部に挿通し、前記第1ロータシャフトと一体回転可能に接続される第2ロータシャフトと、を備え、
前記第1ロータシャフトは、前記第2ロータシャフトの先端面と対向する対向面と、径方向に延びる冷媒供給路と、を有し、
前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面と、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面との間には隙間が設けられ、
該隙間は、前記冷媒流路と前記冷媒供給路とを接続する接続流路を構成し、
前記隙間と前記冷媒供給路とは軸方向においてオーバーラップしており、
前記対向面には、前記冷媒供給路との接続部に環状の凹部が設けられている。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の回転電機を備える車両用駆動装置10は、駆動源であるエンジンENGと、モータMOTと、ジェネレータGENと、変速機構Tと、を備える。モータMOTとジェネレータGENとは、ケース11内に隣接して設けられたモータ収容空間11aとジェネレータ収容空間11bに同一直線上に回転軸線を有するようにそれぞれ配置される。なお、モータMOTとジェネレータGENとは、制御装置(不図示)を介してバッテリ(不図示)に接続されており、バッテリからの電力供給と、バッテリへのエネルギー回生が可能となっている。なお、車両用駆動装置10は、モータMOT及びジェネレータGENの2つの回転電機を備えているが、ジェネレータGENが本発明の一実施形態の回転電機50である。
続いて、本発明の変形例の回転電機50Aについて、図7を参照しながら説明する。なお、変形例の回転電機50Aは、第2ロータシャフト57の冷媒流路63bの内径が、実施形態の回転電機50の冷媒流路63bより小さい点において前述の実施形態の回転電機50と異なる。以下の説明において、実施形態の回転電機50と同一の構成要素については同一の符号を付して説明を省略又は簡略化する。
例えば、前述した実施形態では、回転電機として発電機を例示したが、回転電機は電動機であってもよい。この場合、隙間調整機構は、電動機からトルクを出力する際に、隙間が広くなるように設定されていることが好ましい。
ロータと一体回転可能に接続され、内部に冷媒が通る冷媒流路(冷媒流路63)が設けられたロータシャフト(ジェネレータ軸27)と、を備える回転電機(回転電機50、50A)であって、
前記ロータシャフトは、第1ロータシャフト(第1ロータシャフト56)と、該第1ロータシャフトの内部に挿通し、前記第1ロータシャフトと一体回転可能に接続される第2ロータシャフト(第2ロータシャフト57)と、を備え、
前記第1ロータシャフトは、前記第2ロータシャフトの先端面(先端面68)と対向する対向面(対向面69)と、該対向面の近傍から径方向に延びる冷媒供給路(冷媒供給路70)と、を有し、
前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面と、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面との間には隙間(隙間C)が設けられ、
該隙間は、前記冷媒流路と前記冷媒供給路とを接続する接続流路(接続流路71)を構成する、回転電機。
前記隙間と前記冷媒供給路とは軸方向においてオーバーラップしている、回転電機。
前記ロータシャフトは、前記隙間の軸方向幅を調整可能な隙間調整機構(はすば歯車)を有する、回転電機。
前記隙間調整機構は、前記第2ロータシャフトに設けられたはすば歯車(第1従動ギヤ34)によって構成される、回転電機。
前記回転電機は発電機(ジェネレータGEN)であって、
前記はすば歯車は、駆動源(エンジンENG)から前記発電機にトルクが入力される際に、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面が前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面から離間するように噛み合っている、回転電機。
前記回転電機は電動機であって、
前記はすば歯車は、前記電動機からトルクを出力する際に、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面が前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面から離間するように噛み合っている、回転電機。
前記対向面には、前記冷媒供給路との接続部に環状の凹部(凹部72)が設けられている、回転電機。
前記対向面に設けられた前記凹部と前記冷媒供給路との連結部(連結部73)は、断面視で曲線形状を有する、回転電機。
前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面と、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面とのうちいずれか一方は、他方よりも内径が小さく、
前記冷媒流路を流れる冷媒を前記隙間に導くガイド面(ガイド面74)を構成する、回転電機。

ロータと一体回転可能に接続され、内部に冷媒が通る冷媒流路が設けられたロータシャフトと、を備える回転電機であって、
前記ロータシャフトは、第1ロータシャフトと、該第1ロータシャフトの内部に挿通し、前記第1ロータシャフトと一体回転可能に接続される第2ロータシャフトと、を備え、
前記第1ロータシャフトは、前記第2ロータシャフトの先端面と対向する対向面と、径方向に延びる冷媒供給路と、を有し、
前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面と、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面との間には隙間が設けられ、
該隙間は、前記冷媒流路と前記冷媒供給路とを接続する接続流路を構成し、
前記隙間と前記冷媒供給路とは軸方向においてオーバーラップしており、
前記対向面には、前記冷媒供給路との接続部に環状の凹部が設けられている、回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機であって、
前記ロータシャフトは、前記隙間の軸方向幅を調整可能な隙間調整機構を有する、回転電機。 - 請求項2に記載の回転電機であって、
前記隙間調整機構は、前記第2ロータシャフトに設けられたはすば歯車によって構成される、回転電機。 - 請求項3に記載の回転電機であって、
前記回転電機は発電機であって、
前記はすば歯車は、駆動源から前記発電機にトルクが入力される際に、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面が前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面から離間するように噛み合っている、回転電機。 - 請求項3に記載の回転電機であって、
前記回転電機は電動機であって、
前記はすば歯車は、前記電動機からトルクを出力する際に、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面が前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面から離間するように噛み合っている、回転電機。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機であって、
前記対向面に設けられた前記凹部と前記冷媒供給路との連結部は、断面視で曲線形状を有する、回転電機。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機であって、
前記第1ロータシャフトの前記対向面と、前記第2ロータシャフトの前記先端面とのうちいずれか一方は、他方よりも内径が小さく、
前記冷媒流路を流れる冷媒を前記隙間に導くガイド面を構成する、回転電機。
