Abstract

本发明提供一种旋转电机,其能够抑制转子轴的刚性降低,且充分地确保从转子轴供给到转子的制冷剂的流量。发电机轴(27)具备:第一转子轴(56);以及第二转子轴(57),其插入到该第一转子轴(56)的内部,并与第一转子轴(56)以能够一体旋转的方式连接。第一转子轴(56)具有与第二转子轴(57)的前端面(68)对置的对置面(69)、以及从该对置面(69)的附近沿径向延伸的制冷剂供给路(70),在第一转子轴(56)的对置面(69)与第二转子轴(57)的前端面(68)之间设置有间隙(C)。间隙(C)构成将制冷剂流路(63)与制冷剂供给路(70)连接的连接流路(71)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搭载于电动车辆等上的旋转电机。
背景技术
一直以来,在电动车辆等上搭载有旋转电机。旋转电机具有配置在定子上的线圈、配置在转子上的永久磁铁等发热源,由于通过工作而发热,因此需要进行冷却。例如,在专利文献1中,在中空的转子轴的内壁面形成有呈螺旋状延伸的引导槽,并通过旋转的引导槽的作用而将供给到转子轴的内侧的冷却液向形成在转子轴上的径向的贯通孔引导,以确保送出的冷却液的流量。

然而,根据专利文献1的旋转电机的转子轴,需要在中空的转子轴的内壁面形成螺旋状的引导槽,转子轴的刚性可能会降低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够抑制转子轴的刚性降低,且充分地确保从转子轴供给到转子的制冷剂的流量的旋转电机。
本发明涉及一种旋转电机,其具备:
转子;以及
转子轴,其与转子以能够一体旋转的方式连接,并在内部设置有供制冷剂通过的制冷剂流路,其中,
所述转子轴具备:第一转子轴;以及第二转子轴,其插入到该第一转子轴的内部,并与所述第一转子轴以能够一体旋转的方式连接,
所述第一转子轴具有与所述第二转子轴的前端面对置的对置面、以及从该对置面的附近沿径向延伸的制冷剂供给路,
在所述第一转子轴的所述对置面与所述第二转子轴的所述前端面之间设置有间隙,
该间隙构成将所述制冷剂流路与所述制冷剂供给路连接的连接流路。
发明效果
根据本发明,通过在第一转子轴的对置面与第二转子轴的前端面之间设置有间隙,并将该间隙设为连接制冷剂流路与制冷剂供给路的连接流路,能够充分确保从转子轴供给到转子的制冷剂的流量。另外,通过将设置在第一转子轴的对置面与第二转子轴的前端面之间的间隙用作连接流路,能够省略或减少在第二转子轴形成流路的工序,另外能够抑制第二转子轴的刚性降低。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图来对本发明的旋转电机的一实施方式进行说明。
首先,对具备本发明的一实施方式的旋转电机的车辆用驱动装置进行说明。
如图1所示,具备本实施方式的旋转电机的车辆用驱动装置10具备作为驱动源的发动机ENG、马达MOT、发电机GEN、以及变速机构T。马达MOT和发电机GEN分别以在同一直线上具有旋转轴线的方式配置于在壳体11内相邻设置的马达收容空间11a和发电机收容空间11b。需要说明的是,马达MOT和发电机GEN经由控制装置(未图示)而与电池(未图示)连接,能够进行来自电池的电力供给、以及向电池的能量再生。需要说明的是,车辆用驱动装置10具备马达MOT及发电机GEN这两个旋转电机,发电机GEN为本发明的一实施方式的旋转电机50。
在变速机构T中,平行地配置有:输入轴21,其与发动机ENG的发动机输出轴12配置在相同直线上,且与发动机输出轴12连接;发电机轴27,其与发电机GEN直接连结;马达轴29,其与马达MOT直接连结;以及输出轴25,其与差动装置D连接。在马达轴29的内部以能够相对旋转的方式插入有发电机轴27。需要说明的是,在图1中,符号13为减振器,发挥减小发动机ENG的动力输入到输入轴21时的冲击的作用。
在输入轴21上,从发动机ENG侧朝向马达MOT侧而依次安装有第一驱动齿轮32和第二驱动齿轮33,而且在第一驱动齿轮32与第二驱动齿轮33之间设置有离合器CL。通过使离合器CL释放或接合,从而第一驱动齿轮32与第二驱动齿轮33之间的动力传递成为切断状态或连接状态。
在发电机轴27上设置有第一从动齿轮34,该第一从动齿轮34与设置在输入轴21上的第一驱动齿轮32啮合。因此,与输入轴21连接的发动机ENG和与发电机轴27连接的发电机GEN以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,能够通过发动机ENG的动力使发电机GEN发电。
第一驱动齿轮32及第一从动齿轮34构成为斜齿轮。斜齿的旋向以使得在从发动机ENG向发电机GEN输入转矩时,向发电机轴27作用离开发电机GEN侧的方向(图中为右方向)的力的方式设定。反过来说,第一驱动齿轮32及第一从动齿轮34以使得在从发电机GEN输出转矩时,向发电机轴27作用沿着接近发电机GEN侧的方向(图中为左方向)的力的方式啮合。这样,通过利用在斜齿轮旋转时产生的推力,来自动调整后述的第一转子轴56的对置面69与第二转子轴57的前端面68之间的间隙C的轴向宽度。
在输出轴25上,从马达MOT侧朝向发动机ENG侧而依次安装有与设置在输入轴21上的第二驱动齿轮33啮合的第二从动齿轮35、以及与差动装置D连接的输出齿轮36。因此,通过使离合器CL接合,从而与输入轴21连接的发动机ENG和与差动装置D连接的车轮WR以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,发动机ENG的动力经由输入轴21、离合器CL、第二驱动齿轮33、第二从动齿轮35、输出轴25、输出齿轮36、差动装置D而传递到车轮WR的动力传递路径确立,能够经由该动力传递路径进行发动机行驶。需要说明的是,此时,如上所述,与输入轴21连接的发动机ENG和与发电机轴27连接的发电机GEN以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,因此还能够通过发动机ENG的动力使发电机GEN发电。
在马达轴29上,在与马达MOT相反的一侧以能够一体旋转的方式安装有第三驱动齿轮37。第三驱动齿轮37与安装于输出轴25的第二从动齿轮35啮合。因此,与马达轴29连接的马达MOT和与差动装置D连接的车轮WR以能够进行动力传递的方式连接,马达MOT的动力经由第三驱动齿轮37、第二从动齿轮35、输出轴25、输出齿轮36、差动装置D传递到车轮WR的动力传递路径确立,能够经由该动力传递路径通过马达MOT进行EV行驶。
如图2所示,本实施方式所涉及的旋转电机(发电机GEN)50具备发电机轴27、转子51、以及配置成隔着微小的间隙与转子51的外径侧对置的定子52。转子51具备轴支承于发电机轴27的转子铁心53、配置在转子铁心53的轴向的一侧的第一端面板54、以及配置在转子铁心53的轴向的另一侧的第二端面板55。
发电机轴27具备:第一转子轴56,通过转子51压入于该第一转子轴56而该第一转子轴56与转子51以能够一体旋转的方式连接;以及第二转子轴57,其通过与第一转子轴56花键嵌合而与第一转子轴56以能够一体旋转的方式连接。第一转子轴56经由一对轴承58而被马达外壳59支承为旋转自如。第二转子轴57以旋转自如的方式支承于对马达MOT的转子61进行轴支承的马达轴29的内部。马达轴29经由轴承62而被马达外壳59支承为旋转自如。
发电机轴27在其内部形成有供制冷剂流通的制冷剂流路63。制冷剂流路63具有在第一转子轴56的内部沿轴向延伸的制冷剂流路63a、以及在第二转子轴57的内部沿轴向延伸的制冷剂流路63b,并且构成为能够从外部供给制冷剂。作为制冷剂,例如使用ATF(Automatic Transmission Fluid)。制冷剂流路63a、63b与在构成壳体11的马达外壳59形成的循环路径60连接。
也参照图3,在第一转子轴56上,在马达MOT侧端部形成有向内径侧突出的环状凸部66,并在比环状凸部66更靠马达MOT侧形成有向外径侧突出的大径部64。在大径部64的外周部具有对旋转电机50的第二端面板55进行定位的定位部90,在大径部64的内周部形成有供形成在第二转子轴57上的外花键67进行花键嵌合的内花键65。形成在第二转子轴57上的外花键67与形成在第一转子轴56上的内花键65进行花键嵌合,由此第一转子轴56和第二转子轴57以能够在轴向上进行相对移动且限制相对旋转的状态连结。另外,大径部64的内周面的直径大于环状凸部66的内周面的直径,第二转子轴57的前端面68与作为环状凸部66的马达MOT侧端面的对置面69隔着间隙C而对置。
间隙C构成将制冷剂流路63与制冷剂供给路70连接的连接流路71。制冷剂供给路70形成为在环状凸部66的对置面69的附近与连接流路71在轴向上重叠,并在径向上贯通第一转子轴56。制冷剂供给路70避开后述的转子铁心53的压入位置而在周向上形成有多个。由此,在连接流路71流动的制冷剂通过离心力而顺利地导入到制冷剂供给路70。
如图4所示,在第一转子轴56的对置面69的与制冷剂供给路70连接的连接部设置有环状的凹部72。在剖视观察时,凹部72与制冷剂供给路70的连结部73形成为曲线形状。凹部72成为制冷剂积存部,由此从发电机轴27向转子51稳定地供给制冷剂。另外,连接流路71的制冷剂通过连结部73的曲线形状而顺利地向制冷剂供给路70引导。另外,若将制冷剂供给路70形成在凹部72上,则在制冷剂供给路70的加工时,避免断续切削加工,从而钻头寿命得到提高,成本降低。
返回到图2,被压入第一转子轴56的转子铁心53例如将通过冲压加工形成的多个电磁钢板在轴向上层叠并通过铆接、粘接等接合来构成。转子铁心53具备在外径侧和内径侧沿轴向贯通而形成的多个减重孔81。另外,在转子铁心53的外周部,在周向上以等间隔配置有磁铁82。磁铁82例如为钕磁铁等永久磁铁,N极和S极以规定间距排列而形成磁极部。
也参照图6,第一端面板54配置成与转子铁心53的轴向一侧的端面对置,并在中央形成有使第一转子轴56插入的插通孔83。在比插通孔83靠径向的外侧的位置,在周向上以等间隔形成有排出口84。另外,在第一端面板54的与转子铁心53抵接的内侧面形成有径向槽85,该径向槽85将外径侧的减重孔81与排出口84连接。
第二端面板55配置成与转子铁心53的轴向另一侧的端面对置,并在中央形成有使第一转子轴56插入的插通孔86,在插通孔86的内径侧角部形成有环状槽87。另外,在第二端面板55的与转子铁心53抵接的内侧面形成有将制冷剂供给路70与外径侧的减重孔81连接的径向槽88。
设置在第二转子轴57上的第一从动齿轮34(参照图1)为斜齿轮,并作为能够对第一转子轴56的对置面69与第二转子轴57的前端面68的轴向的间隙C的宽度进行调整的间隙调整机构而发挥作用。
即,第一从动齿轮(斜齿轮)34以使得在从发动机ENG向发电机GEN(旋转电机50)输入转矩时,向第二转子轴57作用离开发电机GEN侧的方向(图中为右方向)的力的方式啮合。由此,在从发动机ENG向发电机GEN输入转矩时,第二转子轴57的前端面68与环状凸部66的对置面69之间的间隙C的轴向宽度变宽,在需要冷却的发电时能够将大量的制冷剂供给到旋转电机50的转子51。
这样,间隙调整机构能够根据车辆用驱动装置10的工作状况而机械地自动调整第二转子轴57的前端面68与环状凸部66的对置面69之间的间隙C的轴向宽度。
接着,参照图5及图6来对旋转电机50的冷却作用进行说明。制冷剂由未图示的制冷剂泵加压输送,并经由形成在马达外壳59的循环路径60供给到第一转子轴56。如图中箭头所示,供给到制冷剂流路63a的制冷剂通过离心力而从作为第二转子轴57的前端面68与环状凸部66的对置面69之间的间隙C的连接流路71供给到制冷剂供给路70。
制冷剂供给路70的制冷剂通过作用于制冷剂的离心力而通过第二端面板55的环状槽87及径向槽88而供给到减重孔81,在减重孔81内沿轴向流动并从内部冷却转子铁心53。
制冷剂进一步从外径侧的减重孔81通过第一端面板54的径向槽85而从设置在第一端面板54的排出口84排出到转子51的外部。从排出口84排出的制冷剂冷却定子52的线圈,然后再次通过制冷剂泵加压输送而在循环路径60中循环。
作为第二转子轴57的前端面68与环状凸部66的对置面69之间的间隙C的连接流路71的轴向宽度能够通过使第二转子轴57沿轴向移动而自动调整。详细而言,第一从动齿轮(斜齿轮)34作为间隙调整机构而发挥作用,在需要冷却的发电时,使第二转子轴57向图中右方向移动来增大间隙C,由此供给更多的制冷剂而效率良好地从内部冷却转子51。
需要说明的是,供给到连接流路71的制冷剂通过离心力而导入到制冷剂供给路70,由于在第一转子轴56的对置面69的与制冷剂供给路70连接的连接部设置有环状的凹部72,因此凹部72作为制冷剂积存部而发挥作用,能够从发电机轴27向转子51稳定地供给制冷剂。
另外,在剖视观察时,凹部72与制冷剂供给路70的连结部73形成为曲线形状,因此制冷剂被曲线形状的连结部73顺利地引导至制冷剂供给路70。而且,连接流路71与制冷剂供给路70在轴向上重叠,因此不存在对在连接流路71流动的制冷剂的流动进行阻碍的障碍物,通过离心力顺利地供给到制冷剂供给路70。
[变形例]
接着,参照图7对本发明的变形例的旋转电机50A进行说明。需要说明的是,变形例的旋转电机50A与前述的实施方式的旋转电机50不同点在于,第二转子轴57的制冷剂流路63b的内径小于实施方式的旋转电机50的制冷剂流路63b。在以下说明中,对于与实施方式的旋转电机50相同的构成要件标注相同附图标记并省略或简化说明。
在变形例的旋转电机50A中,第二转子轴57的制冷剂流路63b的内径小于第一转子轴56的制冷剂流路63a,且小于环状凸部66的内径。
由此,在剖视观察时,第二转子轴57的前端面68的一部分(内径侧)比环状凸部66向内径侧突出。该前端面68的内径侧部分作为将在制冷剂流路63a流动的制冷剂向连接流路71引导的引导面74而发挥作用。即,在制冷剂流路63a中向箭头方向(图中的右方向)流动的制冷剂撞击引导面74,并使其方向弯曲90°后引导至连接流路71,因此从第一转子轴56到转子51的制冷剂的供给量增加,旋转电机50A被进一步冷却。
需要说明的是,前述实施方式及变形例的旋转电机50、50A能够适当地进行变形、改良等。
例如,在前述实施方式中,作为旋转电机而例示了发电机,旋转电机也可以为电动机。在该情况下,优选间隙调整机构设定成在从电动机输出转矩输出时,间隙变宽。
另外,本说明书中至少记载了以下事项。需要说明的是,括号内示出了在上述实施方式中相对应的构成要件等,但并不限定于此。
(1)一种旋转电机(旋转电机50、50A),其具备:
转子(转子51);以及
转子轴(发电机轴27),其与转子以能够一体旋转的方式连接,并在内部设置有供制冷剂通过的制冷剂流路(制冷剂流路63),其中,

根据(1),在第一转子轴的对置面与第二转子轴的前端面之间设置间隙,将该间隙设为连接制冷剂流路与制冷剂供给路的连接流路,由此能够充分地确保从转子轴供给到转子的制冷剂的流量。另外,通过将设置在第一转子轴的对置面与第二转子轴的前端面之间的间隙用作连接流路,能够省略或减少在第二转子轴上形成流路的工序,另外能够抑制第二转子轴的刚性降低。
(2)根据(1)所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述间隙与所述制冷剂供给路在轴向上重叠。
根据(2),间隙与制冷剂供给路在轴向上重叠,因此在间隙流动的制冷剂通过离心力顺利地导入到制冷剂供给路。由此,能够增加从转子轴向转子的制冷剂的供给量。
(3)根据(1)或(2)所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述转子轴具有能够对所述间隙的轴向宽度进行调整的间隙调整机构(斜齿轮)。
根据(3),通过利用间隙调整机构调整间隙的轴向宽度,能够调整向转子的制冷剂的供给量。
(4)根据(3)所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述间隙调整机构由设置在所述第二转子轴上的斜齿轮(第一从动齿轮34)构成。
根据(4),间隙调整机构由设置在第二转子轴上的斜齿轮构成,因此能够机械地自动调整间隙的轴向宽度。
(5)根据(4)所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述旋转电机为发电机(发电机GEN),
所述斜齿轮以在从驱动源(发动机ENG)向所述发电机输入转矩时,使所述第二转子轴的所述前端面离开所述第一转子轴的所述对置面的方式啮合。
根据(5),在旋转电机为发电机的情况下,在从驱动源向发电机输入转矩时间隙的轴向宽度变宽,由此能够在需要冷却的发电时将大量的制冷剂供给到转子。
(6)根据(4)所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述旋转电机为电动机,
所述斜齿轮以在从所述电动机输出转矩时,使所述第二转子轴的所述前端面离开所述第一转子轴的所述对置面的方式啮合。
根据(6),在旋转电机为电动机的情况下,在从电动机输出转矩时间隙的轴向宽度变宽,由此能够在需要冷却的动力驱动时将大量的制冷剂供给到转子。
(7)根据(2)所述的旋转电机,其中,
在所述对置面的与所述制冷剂供给路的连接部设置有环状的凹部(凹部72)。
根据(7),由于在对置面的与制冷剂供给路的连接部形成有环状的凹部,因此凹部成为制冷剂积存部,能够从转子轴向转子稳定地供给制冷剂。
(8)根据(7)所述的旋转电机,其中,
设置在所述对置面的所述凹部与所述制冷剂供给路的连结部(连结部73)在剖视下具有曲线形状。
根据(8),由于设置在对置面的凹部与制冷剂供给路的连结部在剖视下具有曲线形状,因此能够使制冷剂从作为制冷剂积存部的凹部顺利地流向制冷剂供给路。
(9)根据(1)~(8)中任一项所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述第一转子轴的所述对置面和所述第二转子轴的所述前端面中的任一方与另一方相比内径小,构成将在所述制冷剂流路中流动的制冷剂向所述间隙引导的引导面(引导面74)。
根据(9),通过将第一转子轴的对置面和第二转子轴的前端面中的任一方的径向尺寸设为小于另一方的径向尺寸而形成为将在制冷剂流路中流动的制冷剂向间隙引导的引导面,能够增加从转子轴向转子的制冷剂的供给量。

Claims (9)

1.一种旋转电机,其具备:
转子;以及
转子轴,其与转子以能够一体旋转的方式连接,并在内部设置有供制冷剂通过的制冷剂流路,其中,
所述转子轴具备:第一转子轴;以及第二转子轴,其插入到该第一转子轴的内部,并与所述第一转子轴以能够一体旋转的方式连接,
所述第一转子轴具有与所述第二转子轴的前端面对置的对置面、以及从该对置面的附近沿径向延伸的制冷剂供给路,
在所述第一转子轴的所述对置面与所述第二转子轴的所述前端面之间设置有间隙,
该间隙构成将所述制冷剂流路与所述制冷剂供给路连接的连接流路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述间隙与所述制冷剂供给路在轴向上重叠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述转子轴具有能够对所述间隙的轴向宽度进行调整的间隙调整机构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述间隙调整机构由设置在所述第二转子轴上的斜齿轮构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述旋转电机为发电机,
所述斜齿轮以在从驱动源向所述发电机输入转矩时使所述第二转子轴的所述前端面离开所述第一转子轴的所述对置面的方式啮合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述旋转电机为电动机,
所述斜齿轮以在从所述电动机输出转矩时使所述第二转子轴的所述前端面离开所述第一转子轴的所述对置面的方式啮合。
7.根据权利要求2所述的旋转电机,其中,
在所述对置面的与所述制冷剂供给路的连接部设置有环状的凹部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的旋转电机,其中,
设置在所述对置面的所述凹部与所述制冷剂供给路的连结部在剖视下具有曲线形状。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的旋转电机,其中,
所述第一转子轴的所述对置面和所述第二转子轴的所述前端面中的任一方与另一方相比内径小,构成将在所述制冷剂流路中流动的制冷剂向所述间隙引导的引导面。
