Claims (12)
- 略円形の外周輪郭を有する、ローラ回転軸(D)の方向に沿って延在した、ローラ内部空間(34)を包囲するローラドラム(30)を含んだ、硬質な基層を破砕するための土工機に使用される硬質基層破砕ローラであって、前記ローラドラム(30)の外周面(32)には、土壌破砕構造(38)が設けられている硬質基層破砕ローラにおいて、
前記土壌破砕構造(38)が、概ね前記ローラ回転軸(D)の方向において前記ローラドラム(30)に沿って延在する複数の衝突バー(40)と、概ね前記ローラ回転軸(D)周囲の周方向において前記ローラドラム(30)に沿って延在する複数の破砕バー(44)と、を含み、前記衝突バー(40)および前記破砕バー(44)は、前記硬質基層と接触して、それにより前記ローラ回転軸(D)の周りの前記ローラドラム(30)の回転によって、前記硬質基層を破砕するために設けられており、
前記破砕バー(44)が、それぞれ2つの周方向において互いに隣り合う前記衝突バー(40)の間の、前記ローラ回転軸(D)周囲の周方向において互いに隣り合う空間(42)内で、前記ローラ回転軸(D)の方向において、互いに対してずらされていることを特徴とする硬質基層破砕ローラ。 - 前記衝突バー(40)が、前記ローラ回転軸(D)周囲の周方向において、互いに対して略同じ周方向間隔(U)を有して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 前記周方向間隔(U)が、40cmから60cmの範囲、好ましくは約50cmであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 前記衝突バー(40)が、略長方形の、好ましくは正方形の横断面を有しており、前記衝突バー(40)の横断面寸法は、好ましくは40mm×40mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 前記衝突バー(40)が、前記ローラ回転軸(D)の方向において、前記ローラドラム(30)に沿って概ね途切れなく延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 少なくとも1つの、周方向において互いに隣り合う前記衝突バー(40)の間の空間(42)に配置された前記破砕バー(44)、好ましくは周方向に互いに隣り合う前記衝突バー(40)の間の全ての空間(42)に配置された前記破砕バー(44)が、前記ローラ回転軸(D)に沿って、互いに対して略同じ軸方向間隔(A)を有して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 周方向において互いに隣り合う2つの空間(42)の内の一方の空間の前記破砕バー(44)が、周方向において互いに隣り合う2つの空間(42)の内の他方の空間の前記破砕バー(44)に関して、前記ローラ回転軸(D)の方向において、略中心に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 前記破砕バー(44)が、周方向において互いに隣り合うそれぞれ2つの前記衝突バー(40)の間の、周方向において連続する空間(42)の内のそれぞれ第2の空間内で、前記ローラ回転軸(D)の方向において、互いに対するずれを実質的に有していないことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 1つ、好ましくは全ての前記破砕バー(44)の少なくとも一部の外周領域が、概ね前記ローラ回転軸(D)を同心に包囲する軌道の上にあること、及び/又は1つ、好ましくは全ての前記破砕バー(44)の少なくとも一部の外周領域において、少なくとも1つの窪み(46)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 前記ローラドラム(30)の前記外周面(32)を通じた、1つ、好ましくは全ての前記衝突バー(40)の少なくとも一部の突起の径方向の最大高さが、前記ローラドラム(30)の前記外周面(32)を通じた、1つ、好ましくは全ての前記破砕バー(44)の少なくとも一部の突起の径方向の最大高さよりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 前記ローラ内部空間(34)内には、前記ローラ回転軸(D)を中心とする回転運動に重ねることができる硬質基層破砕ローラ(22)の振動を生成するための振動装置(26)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ。
- 少なくとも1つの機械フレーム(20)、およびローラ回転軸(D)の周囲に回転可能に、前記機械フレーム(20)に取り付けられた、少なくとも1つの、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の硬質基層破砕ローラ(22)を含む土工機。
