Description
Claims (16)
- 試料収集器と貯蔵容器との組立体であって、
前記試料収集器は、有機体内へ駆動されると有機体から生検試料を採取して保持するように構成されており、
前記試料収集器は、パンチおよび識別子を備え、
前記パンチは、生検試料を切除して保持するために当該パンチの切断端部に形成される切断縁部を有する切断器を含み、
前記識別子は、前記試料収集器上または当該試料収集器内の固有の識別子であって、生検試料を採取するために前記試料収集器を使用する時に機械可読することができ、
前記識別子は、前記試料収集器内に埋設される試料収集EIDを備え、
前記貯蔵容器は、封じ込め領域を一体に画定する取り外し可能なキャップによって閉鎖される開口を含む容器本体を備え、
前記取り外し可能なキャップは、前記封じ込め領域の中への通路を含み、
前記貯蔵容器は、貯蔵容器識別子を備え、
前記取り外し可能なキャップは、使用するとき前記試料収集器によって封止されており、前記試料収集器が生検試料を前記封じ込め領域内に保持する、組立体。 - 前記試料収集EIDが、前記パンチ内に埋設される、請求項1に記載の組立体。
- 前記試料収集器は、前記パンチに取り付けられるプランジャを含み、前記プランジャは、前記パンチから生検試料を取り出すために駆動可能であり、
前記試料収集EIDは、前記プランジャ内に埋設される、請求項1に記載の組立体。 - 前記試料収集EIDと前記貯蔵容器識別子とがサンプリングする時に読み取られて保存される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 前記試料収集EIDと、前記貯蔵容器識別子と、生検試料が採取された有機体の及び有機体に由来した識別子とがサンプリングする時に読み取られて保存される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 前記取り外し可能なキャップは、開封明示様式で前記容器本体に取り外し可能に固定される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 前記開口及び前記通路は、生検試料を切り離すために前記切断器と協働する打ち抜き型として機能する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の組立体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の組立体であって、試料採取工具によって組み立てられ、
前記試料採取工具は、前記試料収集器および前記貯蔵容器を保持することができる本体を備え、
前記本体は、前記試料収集器を駆動するラムを、試料が切断されることになる有機体の部分によって前記貯蔵容器から分離される初期位置(a)から、有機体の前記部分を通って、前記試料収集器が前記ラムによって有機体の前記部分を通って駆動される第2の位置(b)であって、試料を有機体から切除するために、前記試料収集器を前記容器本体によって前記通路に留まらせる第2の位置(b)まで担持する、組立体。 - 1組の組立体であって、各組立体は請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載された試料収集器と貯蔵容器との組立体であり、
各試料収集器は、有機体内へ駆動されると、有機体から生検試料を採取して保持するように適合されており、
各試料収集器は、パンチおよび識別子を備え、
前記パンチは、生検試料を切除して保持するために当該パンチの切断端部に形成される切断縁部を含む切断器を含み、
前記識別子は、前記試料収集器内に埋設される試料収集EIDを備え、前記試料収集器上または当該試料収集器内にあって、生検試料を採取するために前記試料収集器を使用する時に機械可読することができ、
前記組の試料収集器のすべてが、前記識別子に関する以外は同一であり、各試料収集器の前記識別子は、試料収集器の前記組内で固有である、1組の組立体。 - 前記試料収集EIDが、前記パンチ内に埋設される、請求項9に記載の1組の組立体。
- 前記パンチに取り付けられ、前記パンチから生検試料を取り出すために駆動可能であるプランジャを含み、
前記試料収集EIDは、前記プランジャ内に埋設される、請求項9に記載の1組の組立体。 - 試料を採取するための試料収集器の使用方法であって、
(a)組織試料採取工具の駆動位置へ試料収集器を提供するステップであって、前記試料収集器が有機体の中へ前記組織試料採取工具のアクチュエータによって駆動されると、有機体から生検試料を採取して保持するように適合され、前記試料収集器が、パンチと、当該試料収集器上または当該試料収集器内にある試料収集EIDとを備え、前記パンチが生検試料を切除して保持するために当該パンチの切断端部に形成される切断縁部を含むステップと、
(b)サンプリングする時に、前記試料収集器の前記試料収集EIDとともに、前記試料収集器に結合されている、または結合されることになるバイアルまたはカバーの識別子を読み取り、保存するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記組織試料採取工具が、駆動位置で提示される前記試料収集器の前記試料収集EIDを読み取るための読み取り装置を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記読み取り装置が、試料採取される前記有機体の上または中に配置されるEIDを更に読み取る、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の試料収集器と貯蔵容器との少なくとも1つの組立体と協働する試料採取器工具であって、
本体を備え、
前記本体は、前記少なくとも1つの組立体の試料収集器を駆動し、かつ生検試料を有機体から切除するために、前記少なくとも1つの組立体の試料収集器を初期位置から駆動し、前記切断器を有機体の部分を通って押すために位置合わせされる第1の位置と、前記切断器がラムによって押し通された第2の位置との間で、当該本体に対して通路に沿って移動するように駆動され得るラムを担持しており、
当該試料採取器工具は、
(i)EID読み取り装置を更に備える、又は、
(ii)EID読み取り装置及びEID読み取り情報保存装置を更に備える、
試料採取器工具。 - 複数の前記試料収集器を含むマガジンを保持するためのマガジンレセプタクルを含み、 前記マガジンレセプタクルによって、前記マガジンが当該試料採取器工具に対して移動することができ、その結果、各試料収集器が前記ラムによって駆動される、請求項15に記載の試料採取器工具。
