Description

Claims (20)
- 有機体の生検試料であって試料収集器によって保持された生検試料を受け取って貯蔵する貯蔵容器であって、
a)開放端部を含む封じ込め領域を画定する容器本体と、
b)前記開放端部に取り外し可能に配置されて、前記封じ込め領域を封止する容器キャップと、を備え、
前記容器キャップが、密閉装置によって閉鎖されている通路を含み、前記密閉装置は破裂させられることが可能であり、そこで生検試料を保持する試料収集器が前記封じ込め領域の中へ入ることができて、その結果、生検試料が、前記封じ込め領域の中へ貯蔵されることができ、前記試料収集器が前記容器キャップにより保持されて前記通路を封止することができ、
前記容器キャップは、試料とされる有機体から生検試料を切断する際に、前記試料収集器と協働する試料切断面を提供し、
前記試料収集器は、有機体からの生検試料の切除を促進するせん断作用の中で前記試料切断面を介して前記封じ込め領域の中を通過する、貯蔵容器。 - 前記密閉装置が、前記試料収集器によって破裂させられることが可能である、請求項1に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記容器キャップの前記密閉装置が、薄膜である、請求項1または2に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記薄膜が、前記容器キャップと一体に形成され、破裂させられる前に前記通路を完全に封止する、請求項3に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 破裂すると、前記密閉装置が、前記容器キャップから分離することができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 破裂すると、前記密閉装置は裂けることができるが、やはり少なくとも部分的に前記容器キャップに保持される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記密閉装置が破裂し、生検試料が前記封じ込め領域の中に入る後に、前記容器キャップが、前記試料収集器を受け取り、前記試料収集器を保持するように適合され、構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記密閉装置が破裂し、生検試料が前記封じ込め領域の中に入る後に、前記容器キャップが、前記試料収集器が前記容器キャップから取り外されることを防止するように適合され、構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記密閉装置が破裂し、生検試料が前記封じ込め領域の中に入る後に、前記試料収集器を前記容器キャップから取り外すことを防止するために、前記通路が、前記通路の中に前記試料収集器の楔留めをもたらすように成形され、寸法を形成されている、請求項7または8に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記通路が、前記試料収集器の少なくとも部分を中に収容するように成形されている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記通路が、前記試料収集器をぴったりと収容するように成形されている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記容器キャップを前記容器本体から分離したことを表示する開封明示表示が設けられている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の貯蔵容器。
- 前記開封明示表示が、開封明示リングであり、
前記開封明示リングは、前記容器本体および前記容器キャップの一方と一体に形成され、前記容器キャップが前記容器本体から分離されると、当該開封明示リングが一体に形成される前記容器本体または容器キャップから少なくとも一部が切り離されるような様式で、前記容器キャップまたは前記容器本体の他方に係合される、請求項12に記載の貯蔵容器。 - 前記容器本体および前記容器キャップの少なくとも1つが、EIDおよび機械可読コード(バーコードなど)の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の貯容器。
- (i)請求項1に記載の貯蔵容器と、(ii)有機体からの生検試料を採取し、保持し、貯蔵する試料収集器と、を保持する試料採取器工具であって、
前記試料収集器がパンチを備え、前記パンチは、生検試料を切除して保持するために当該パンチの切断端部に形成される切断縁部を含む切断器を含み、
当該工具が、ラムを担持する本体を備え、
前記ラムは、前記試料収集器を駆動して有機体から試料を切除しかつ前記貯蔵容器の中へ入れるために、有機体の中間の部分によって前記貯蔵容器から分離される初期位置から前記試料収集器を駆動し、前記試料収集器を有機体の前記部分を通って押すように位置合わせされている第1の位置と、前記切断器が当該ラムによって押し通された第2の位置との間で、前記本体に対して通路に沿って移動するように駆動され、前記試料収集器は試料採取後に前記通路に保持され、前記貯蔵容器の中への前記通路を塞ぐ、試料採取器工具。 - 前記試料収集器は、プランジャを備え、
前記プランジャは、前記切断器に対して移動して前記切断器が保持する生検試料を前記切断器から取り外すことを可能にする様式で、前記パンチに保持される、請求項15に記載の試料採取器工具。 - 前記パンチに対して前記プランジャが相対的に移動することができない様式で、前記ラムが前記試料収集器の前記パンチ上に作用する、請求項16に記載の試料採取器工具。
- 請求項1に記載の貯蔵容器と、パンチを備える試料収集器との組立体であって、
前記パンチは、生検試料を切除して保持するために当該パンチの切断端部に形成される切断縁部を含む切断器を含み、
前記容器キャップの前記通路が前記試料収集器によって封止され、前記試料収集器が生検試料を保持し、生検試料を前記封じ込め領域の中に配置する、組立体。 - 動物から組織試料を切除するためのパンチおよび打ち抜き型の組であって、
動物の部分を通って駆動されるパンチと、動物から試料を切除する際に前記パンチと協働する打ち抜き型と、を備え、
前記打ち抜き型が、貯蔵容器に係合される開封明示キャップであり、
前記貯蔵容器が、前記開封明示キャップと共に封じ込め領域を画定する容器本体を含み、
前記開封明示キャップが、通路を含み、前記通路を通って前記封じ込め領域の中へのアクセスを提供し、組織試料を前記封じ込め領域の中へ搬送して貯蔵するために、動物から組織試料を切除すると前記通路の中に前記パンチが固定され、
前記開封明示キャップが、試料とされる動物から組織試料を切断する際に、前記打ち抜き型と協働する試料切断面を提供し、前記パンチは、有機体からの生検試料の切除を促進するせん断作用の中で前記試料切断面を介して前記封じ込め領域の中を通過する、パンチと打ち抜き型との組。 - 前記通路および前記パンチが、組織試料を搬送すると、前記通路が前記パンチによって塞がれて前記封じ込め領域を封止し、組織試料を前記封じ込め領域の中に固定するように適合され、構成されている、請求項19に記載のパンチと打ち抜き型との組。
