Description
Claims (20)
- 試料採取される有機体の部分を受け取るための貫通区域と、
前記貫通区域の第1の側部に配置され、引き込まれた位置と前進した位置との間で通路に沿って移動するように駆動可能なラムと、
前記貫通区域の中に挿入された組織から生検試料を切断することができる試料収集器および前記試料収集器を受け取ることができる容器であって、前記貫通区域の対向する側に最初は配置される試料収集器および容器と、
前記引き込まれた位置の前記ラムと前記貫通区域との間に最初は配置される処分可能なシールドと、を備え、
前記引き込まれた位置から前記前進した位置まで前記ラムを前進させる作動によって、前記試料収集器および前記容器を共に前記ラムから離れた前記貫通区域の側部にもたらし、前記処分可能なシールドを前記貫通区域の中にもたらし、
前記前進した位置から前記引き込まれた位置まで前記ラムを引き込む作動によって、前記処分可能なシールドを前記貫通区域の前記第1の側部まで引き込み、組織を前記貫通区域から自由に離れる状態にし、
試料を収集する際の使用において、前記シールドが組織の面に接触するが、前記ラムは組織の面に接触しないようにする、生検試料採取器。 - 前記処分可能なシールドが、前記ラムの前端部を受け取り、前記ラムの前端部が前記貫通区域に入る範囲において、前記ラムの前端部が組織の面に接触することから保護するスリーブである、請求項1に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記スリーブは両端部まで開口しており、前記ラムの前端部が、前記試料収集器または前記容器上に直接作用することができるようにする、請求項2に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記処分可能なシールドが、前記ラムを前記試料収集器または前記容器から離隔配置し、前記ラムが、前記試料収集器または前記容器上に作用する前記シールド上に作用することによって、前記試料収集器および前記容器を一体にするように作用する、請求項1または2に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記ラムの移動が、前記ラムが前記貫通区域に入ることができないように制限される、請求項4に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記処分可能なシールドが、前記ラムが前進するにつれて前記ラムの前端部に着脱自在に結合し、引き込む際に、前記ラムが前記引き込まれた位置に到達するにつれてまたは到達前に分離する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記試料収集器が、最初に前記ラムと前記貫通区域との間に配置される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記処分可能なシールドが、初期状態で前記試料収集器に着脱自在に嵌合され、前記ラムが前進するにつれて前記ラムの前端部に着脱自在に結合し、前記ラムが引っ込み始めるにつれて前記試料収集器から分離し、引き込む際に、前記ラムが前記引き込まれた位置に到達するにつれて、または到達前に前記ラムから分離する、請求項7に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記ラムの前記シールドへの結合は、前記シールドの前記試料収集器への結合よりも強く、前記ラムの引き込みによって前記シールドを前記試料収集器から確実に離す、請求項8に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記引き込まれた位置の前記ラムと前記貫通区域との間にマガジン装填区域と、前記マガジン装填区域の中に配置可能であるマガジンとを含み、
前記マガジンが、前記ラムの前記通路の中に選択的に提供され、前記ラムによって駆動されて前記マガジンから前記貫通区域を通って移動される複数の前記試料収集器を担持し、各試料収集器が、各処分可能なシールドに付随して前記マガジンの中に貯蔵され、駆動後に前記ラムの引き込みによって、前記処分可能なシールドが前記マガジンに戻る、請求項7に記載の生検試料採取器。 - 前記シールドが前記マガジンの中に完全に引き込まれるときおよび前記ラムを連続的に引き込む作動によって、前記シールドが前記ラムから離れる、請求項10に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記ラムが、前記前進した位置では穴を通って突出するが、前記引き込まれた位置では突出せず、前記シールドが前記穴の中に嵌合せず、その結果、取り付けられたシールドと共に前記ラムが引き込まれている間、前記シールドは前記穴の周囲に対して当接し、更に前記ラムが引き込まれることによって、前記シールドを前記ラムから脱係合する、請求項11に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記シールドが、前記試料収集器と第1の結合境界面を含み、前記シールドが、前記ラムと第2の結合境界面を含み、前記試料収集器は、試料を採取するために前記ラムが駆動されると保持されるバイアルまたはカバーに対する結合境界面を含み、前記試料収集器とバイアル(またはカバー)の境界面は、前記シールドと前記試料収集器の境界面よりも大きい分離力を含み、前記シールドと前記試料収集器の境界面は、前記シールドと前記ラムの境界面よりも小さい分離力を含む、請求項10に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 前記試料収集器が、本体と、前記本体の内部で駆動可能なプランジャと、を含み、
前記プランジャの駆動によって試料を前記試料収集器から外し、前記試料収集器を前記貫通区域を通って押圧する際に、前記ラムまたは前記スペーサのどちらも前記プランジャを駆動しない、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の生検試料採取器。 - 前記処分可能なシールドが、前記貫通区域の幅よりも長い、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の生検試料採取器。
- 組織から生検試料を切断することができる、一方の端部に切断器を含む試料収集器を複数貯蔵するマガジンと、
貯蔵された各試料収集器に対して、前記切断器から離れた端部に前記試料収集器と並んで処分可能なシールドと、を備える、生検試料採取製品。 - 生検試料を組織から切断することができる、第1の端部で切断器を含む試料収集器と、
前記第1の端部の反対側で、前記試料収集器の端部に取り外し可能に結合される処分可能なシールドと、を備える、生検試料採取製品。 - 前記処分可能なシールドが、前記試料収集器の長さの50%よりも大きい、請求項17に記載の生検試料採取製品。
- 前記処分可能なシールドが、前記試料収集器に結合する前記端部から離れた端部に結合特徴を含む、請求項18に記載の生検試料採取製品。
- 前記試料収集器が、一方の端部に前記切断器を担持する本体と、前記本体内部に格納されるプランジャとを含み、
前記プランジャが、前記シールドに結合される前記試料収集器の前記端部から駆動可能であり、
前記シールドが、前記プランジャではなく、前記本体に結合され、前記本体に向かう前記シールド上の圧力によって、前記シールドを前記プランジャ上に作用させることはない、請求項19に記載の生検試料採取器。
