Abstract
【解決手段】ジャンクションボックス1内の正極走行用回路温度又は負極走行用回路温度が、放熱が必要と考えられる閾値以上になると例えば正極急速充電リレー17又は負極急速充電リレー18がオンされるので、正極走行用回路6又は負極走行用回路7の熱は、正極急速充電用回路13又は負極急速充電用回路14へと伝わり、更に、その先方の外部配線材にも伝熱して、それらの部分から放熱され、これにより正極走行用回路6又は負極走行用回路7が速やかに冷却される。その際、正極急速充電リレー17及び負極急速充電リレー18の何れか一方のみをオンとすることにより、充電用回路13、14に接続される正極外部接続端子11と負極外部接続端子12との間の短絡を確実に回避することができる。

Description
車両走行用の走行用電気部品に走行用バッテリの電力を供給する走行用回路及び該走行用回路に接続された状態で前記走行用バッテリを外部充電電源と接断するための正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーを備えた充電用回路を内装するジャンクションボックスの制御装置であって、前記走行用回路の温度を検出する走行用回路温度センサと、前記走行用回路温度センサで検出された走行用回路の温度が予め設定された閾値以上である場合に前記正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーの何れか一方のみをオン制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 車両走行用の走行用電気部品に走行用バッテリからの電力を供給する走行用回路及び該走行用回路に接続された状態で前記走行用バッテリと外部充電電源とを接続・切断するための正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーを備えた充電用回路を内装するジャンクションボックスの制御装置であって、
前記走行用回路の温度を検出する走行用回路温度センサと、
前記走行用回路温度センサで検出された走行用回路の温度が予め設定された閾値以上である場合に前記正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーの何れか一方のみをオン制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とするジャンクションボックス制御装置。 - 前記走行用回路温度センサとして正極走行用回路の温度を検出する正極走行用回路温度センサ及び負極走行用回路の温度を検出する負極走行用回路温度センサを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記正極走行用回路温度センサで検出された正極走行用回路温度及び負極走行用回路温度センサで検出された負極走行用回路温度のうち、前記閾値に先に到達した一方の走行用回路温度の極側の前記正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーの何れか一方のみをオン制御し、前記閾値に他方の走行用回路温度が到達したら該他方の走行用回路温度の極側の前記正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーの何れか他方をオン制御すると共に、それまでオン制御されていた前記正極充電リレー及び負極充電リレーの何れか一方をオフ制御し、以降、これを繰り返すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジャンクションボックス制御装置。 - 前記閾値が正極走行用回路温度及び負極走行用回路温度で各々設定可能なことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジャンクションボックス制御装置。
- 前記充電用回路として急速充電のための急速充電用回路及び普通充電のための普通充電用回路を備え、
前記正極充電リレーとして急速充電用回路に正極急速充電リレー及び普通充電用回路に正極普通充電リレーを備え、
前記負極充電リレーとして急速充電用回路に負極急速充電リレー及び普通充電用回路に負極普通充電リレーを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記正極充電リレーをオン制御する場合に前記正極急速充電リレー及び正極普通充電リレーの何れか一方又は双方をオン制御し、前記負極充電リレーをオン制御する場合に前記負極急速充電リレー及び負極普通充電リレーの何れか一方又は双方をオン制御することを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のジャンクションボックス制御装置。
