Claims (5)
- 可動金型が取付けられる可動盤に射出装置または回転テーブルが並設され電動機を用いて射出装置または回転テーブルが駆動される複合成形品用の射出成形機において、
可動盤の下方、側方、後方のいずれかの位置に、
可動金型もしくは可動盤、または可動金型もしくは可動盤に加えて射出装置に接続されるケーブル類を収容する3本以上のケーブルベアがその長手方向が可動盤の型開閉方向と一致するようにそれぞれ操作側および反操作側の方向において位置を変えて平行に配置されており、
前記ケーブルベアは下側の一端の固定端がベッド側の部材またはベッドに固定され、上側の一端の移動端が可動盤の部材または可動盤に接続される部材に固定されていることを特徴とする複合成形品用の射出成形機。 - 前記3本以上のケーブルベアには少なくとも電気ケーブル、作動油用ケーブル、温調用ケーブルが収納され、
少なくとも電気ケーブルと温調用ケーブルは別のケーブルベアに収納されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合成形品用の射出成形機。 - 電気ケーブルを収納する第1のケーブルベアと、作動油用ケーブルを収納する第2のケーブルベアと、温調用ケーブルを収納する第3のケーブルベアがそれぞれ設けられたものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の複合成形品用の射出成形機。
- 固定金型が取付けられる固定盤と可動金型が取付けられる可動盤の間に型開閉方向と直交する方向の軸を中心に回転する中間金型が設けられ、
固定盤の一側には第1の射出装置が設けられ、
可動盤の後方には第2の射出装置が可動盤とともに移動可能に設けられ、
前記第2の射出装置には第4のケーブルベアが接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合成形品用の射出成形機。 - 可動盤には可動金型が取付けられる回転テーブルが電動機により回転可能に取付けられ、
前記可動金型または可動盤には油圧シリンダが取付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の複合成形品用の射出成形機。
