本発明の請求項2に記載の金型回転式射出成形機の金型交換システムは、請求項1において、固定金型と回転金型の組合せからなる複数の金型が金型取付板に取付けられた型部材が備えられ、前記金型交換装置の外部温調部に前記型部材を載置した状態で前記複数の金型の温度制御を行うことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 金型が取付けられる回転テーブルが固定盤または可動盤の一方の盤に対して回転可能に設けられた金型回転式射出成形機と前記金型の交換を行う金型交換装置とを備えた金型回転式射出成形機の金型交換システムにおいて、
固定金型と回転金型の組合せからなる金型の温度制御を行う温調装置と、
金型回転式射出成形機の近傍に設けられ載置された金型に対する温調装置による温度制御が可能な金型交換装置の外部温調部と、
前記外部温調部から型締装置に向けて金型を略水平方向に移動させる金型交換装置の金型移動機構部とを備えるとともに、
金型回転式射出成形機には該金型回転式射出成形機を介して温調装置から回転金型へ温調用媒体を送る経路が設けられ、
温調装置から前記外部温調部に載置された前記回転金型へ直接温調用媒体を送る経路から前記金型回転式射出成形機を介して温調装置から前記回転金型へ温調用媒体を送る経路に切換え可能であることを特徴とする金型回転式射出成形機の金型交換システム。 - 固定金型と回転金型の組合せからなる複数の金型が金型取付板に取付けられた型部材が備えられ、
前記金型交換装置の外部温調部に前記型部材を載置した状態で前記複数の金型の温度制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金型交換システム。
