Claims (15)
- ピクトグラムを表示するように適合された、特に自動車(20)用の、シグナル装置(1、1’)であって、自動車(20)の少なくとも1つのシグナル機能を実装するように構成された前記装置(1、1’)において、
前記装置(1、1’)が、前記自動車(20)に設置される表示区域(3、3’)を含む表示手段(2、2’)と、補完的な区域(10、11)を含む補完的なシグナル手段(7)と、前記表示区域(3、3’)にピクトグラムを表示させるように構成された制御ユニット(6)と、を含み、
光ビームを放出する各ピクトグラムが前記少なくとも1つのシグナル機能のうちの少なくとも1つの法定測光特性を少なくとも部分的に有し、
前記補完的な手段(7)が、前記制御ユニット(6)の制御に基づいて、前記補完的な区域(10、11)から放出される補完的な光ビームの強度を、表示される各ピクトグラムに適するように調節し、前記ピクトグラムの光ビームと前記補完的な光ビームとの組合せが、前記法定測光特性を有することを特徴とする、シグナル装置(1、1’)。 - 前記補完的な手段(7)が、光線を放出するように適合された光源と、前記補完的な光ビームを形成するために前記補完的な区域に前記光線を分散させるための手段と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記表示区域(3、3’)と前記補完的な区域(10、11)とが隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記補完的な区域(10、11)が、前記表示区域を少なくとも部分的に包囲していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのピクトグラムが緊急事態に関することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのピクトグラムが一般的な交通情報に関することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記ピクトグラムが動的であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(6)が、前記ピクトグラムの前記表示を前記自動車(20)のパラメータおよび/または前記自動車(20)の環境状況に応じて自動的に制御することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記自動車(20)に設置されるセンサ(5)を含み、前記センサ(5)が、前記自動車(20)の前記環境状況を評価するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(6)が、前記ピクトグラムの前記表示の前記パラメータを設定するように構成されたプログラム可能な命令(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- 前記表示手段(2、2’)が、液晶、プラズマ、無機または有機発光ダイオード型スクリーンを含み、前記表示区域(3、3’)が前記スクリーンの表示区域であることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記表示手段(2、2’)が、レーザビームを形成するように適合された少なくとも1つのレーザ源と、前記表示区域(3、3’)を規定する透過面(13)と、前記透過面(13)上で前記レーザビームをスイープするように構成されたスイープ手段(14)と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記表示手段(2、2’)が、その側面のうちの1つにプリズム型の構造体または空洞のグループを含む表面光ガイドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の装置。
