また、特許文献1には、ニッケル基合金パイプの内側に鋼管を挿入して引き抜き加工を行って塑性変形させ、さらに傾斜圧延することにより、両パイプの接合面を密着させるクラッドパイプの製造方法が開示されている。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1に係るクラッドパイプの外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、図1に示すクラッドパイプの構造を示す横断面図である。図1及び図2に示すように、本実施の形態1に係るクラッドパイプ1は、筒状体(第1の筒状体)11と、筒状体11の内周面に形成された筒状の内周皮膜層(第2の筒状体)12とを備える。クラッドパイプ1の一部には、長さ方向に延びる接合部13が設けられている。クラッドパイプ1の断面形状は特に限定されず、図2に示すような円環形状であっても良いし、円環形状を扁平にした形状であっても良い。或いは、矩形状や六角形状等の多角形状であっても良い。
次に、本発明の実施の形態1の変形例について説明する。図8は、本変形例に係るクラッドパイプを示す斜視図である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。図9は、本発明の実施の形態2に係るクラッドパイプの外観を示す斜視図である。図9に示すように、本実施の形態2に係るクラッドパイプ3は、筒状体(第2の筒状体)31と、筒状体31の外周面に形成された筒状の外周皮膜層(第1の筒状体)32とを備える。クラッドパイプ3の断面形状は特に限定されず、図9に示すような円環形状であっても良いし、円環形状を扁平にした形状であっても良いし、矩形状や六角形状等の多角形状であっても良い。

Claims (10)
- 第1の金属又は合金からなる第1の筒状体と、
前記第1の筒状体の内周面に設けられ、前記第1の金属又は合金と種類が異なる第2の金属又は合金からなり、径方向の厚みが少なくとも50μmである第2の筒状体と、
を備え、
前記第1の筒状体に、前記第1の金属又は合金からなり、長さ方向に延びる第1の接合部が設けられ、
前記第2の筒状体に、前記第2の金属又は合金からなり、長さ方向に延びる第2の接合部が設けられ、
前記第1の接合部および前記第2の接合部は、前記第2の筒状体の内周面から前記第1の筒状体の外周面に向けて拡径して形成され、
前記第1の筒状体と前記第2の筒状体とが接触する境界面に、一方に対して他方の材料が食い込んだアンカー層が形成されている、
ことを特徴とするクラッドパイプ。 - 当該クラッドパイプの径方向の厚みに対する前記第2の筒状体の径方向の厚みの比率が1/3以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッドパイプ。
- 前記第2の筒状体は、前記第1の筒状体に対して前記材料の粉末をガスと共に固相状態のまま吹き付け、堆積させることによって形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクラッドパイプ。 - 前記第1の筒状体は、前記第2の筒状体に対して前記材料の粉末をガスと共に固相状態のまま吹き付け、堆積させることによって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクラッドパイプ。
- 前記第1の金属又は合金と第2の金属又は合金との組み合わせは、
普通鋼又はステンレスとニッケル又はニッケル合金、
普通鋼又はステンレスとアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金、
普通鋼又はステンレスと銅又は銅合金、
普通鋼又はステンレスとチタン又はチタン合金、
アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金とニッケル又はニッケル合金、
アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金と銅又は銅合金、
アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金とチタン又はチタン合金、及び
銅又は銅合金とチタン又はチタン合金、
のうちのいずれかである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のクラッドパイプ。 - 第1の金属又は合金からなる板状の基材に対し、前記第1の金属又は合金と種類が異なる第2の金属又は合金からなる粉末をガスと共に固相状態のまま吹き付け、堆積させることにより、板状の積層体を作製する積層体作製工程と、
前記積層体を筒状に成形する筒状成形工程と、
前記第1の金属又は合金からなる溶加材を用いて、前記基材の側端面同士を接合する第1の接合工程と、
前記第2の金属又は合金からなる溶加材を用いて、前記基材上に堆積した前記第2の金属又は合金からなる堆積層の側端面同士を接合する第2の接合工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするクラッドパイプの製造方法。 - 前記板状の積層体に対し、圧延処理を施す圧延工程をさらに含み、
前記筒状成形工程は、前記圧延処理が施された前記板状の積層体を筒状に成形する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクラッドパイプの製造方法。 - 前記筒状成形工程は、前記基材が外側となるように前記積層体を成形する、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のクラッドパイプの製造方法。
- 前記筒状成形工程は、前記基材が内側となるように前記積層体を成形する、ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のクラッドパイプの製造方法。
- 前記積層体作製工程後の前記筒状の積層体に対し、引き抜き処理を施す引き抜き工程、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクラッドパイプの製造方法。
