Description
2本の樹脂製の管部材の端部を、間隔を有して対向させると共に、前記管部材の端部を加熱装置によって加熱する工程と、
前記加熱装置を取り外した後、前記2本の樹脂製の管部材の端部どうしを押し付けて外周側へ膨出するビードを有する融着固定部を形成する工程と、
前記融着固定部の前記ビードの外周に冷却装置を取り付けて、前記融着固定部を冷却装置によって冷却する工程と、
を順に行う配管の接合方法を特徴とする。
図1〜図6は、この実施の形態を説明するためのものである。

Claims (5)
- 2本の樹脂製の管部材の端部を、間隔を有して対向させると共に、前記管部材の端部を加熱装置によって加熱する工程と、
前記加熱装置を取り外した後、前記2本の樹脂製の管部材の端部どうしを押し付けて外周側へ膨出するビードを有する融着固定部を形成する工程と、
前記融着固定部の前記ビードの外周に冷却装置を取り付けて、前記融着固定部を冷却装置によって冷却する工程と、
を順に行うことを特徴とする配管の接合方法。 - 前記冷却装置が、前記融着固定部の前記ビードの外周に取付可能な冷媒流動部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配管の接合方法。
- 前記冷媒流動部が、冷媒を循環可能な冷媒循環部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の配管の接合方法。
- 前記冷媒流動部が、熱伝導率の高い素材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の配管の接合方法。
- 前記冷却装置が、冷媒流動部の前記融着固定部側の部分に、高分子吸水ポリマーまたは吸水繊維を配した層を有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の配管の接合方法。
