Claims (17)
- 1〜25重量%の範囲のリン酸ピックアップ(APU)を有するポリベンゾイミダゾール(PBI)重合体を含み、0.1〜6デニール・パー・フィラメント(dpf)の範囲のデニールを有する織物用繊維。
- 前記リン酸ピックアップ(APU)は、4〜20重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- 前記リン酸ピックアップ(APU)は、12〜20重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- 前記リン酸ピックアップ(APU)は、8〜24重量%の範囲である請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- 前記リン酸ピックアップ(APU)は、17重量%である請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- 47%以上のLOI(限界酸素指数)を有する請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- 555℃以上の空気中の初期熱分解温度を有する請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- ステープル又はフィラメントである請求項1に記載の織物用繊維。
- 請求項1に記載の織物用繊維を含む糸。
- 請求項9に記載の糸を含む布。
- 請求項10に記載の布を含む衣服。
- 織物用のホスホン酸化ポリベンゾイミダゾール繊維を製造する方法であって、
未処理のPBI樹脂を紡いで、0.1〜6デニール・パー・フィラメント(dpf)の範囲のデニールを有するPBI繊維にする工程と、
前記PBI繊維をリン酸で処理する工程と、
1〜25重量%の範囲のデニールリン酸ピックアップ(APU)を有するPBI繊維を取得する工程と、
を備える方法。 - 前記リン酸は、10〜85重量%のリン酸(水性)である請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記リン酸は、40〜60重量%のリン酸(水性)である請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記リン酸は、50重量%のリン酸(水性)である請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記処理する工程は、15〜50℃の範囲の温度で行われる請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記リン酸を適用する間、前記繊維に張力を与える工程を備える請求項12に記載の方法。
