Description
図1は、本発明の合せガラスの第一実施形態を示す概略正面図(a)、A−A線概略断面図(b)、B−B線概略断面図(c)である。
図2は、本発明の合せガラスの第二実施形態を示す概略斜視図であり、図3は、図2の合せガラスの概略正面図(a)、C−C線概略断面図(b)、D−D線概略断面図(c)である。
図4は、第二実施形態の合せガラスを車両のウインドシールドに用いた例を示す概略正面図(a)、E−E線概略断面図(b)、及び第二実施形態の合せガラスを車両のウインドシールドに用いた別の例のE−E線概略断面図(c)である。図4において第二実施形態の合せガラスと同じ構成については、図2、3と同じ符号を付与している。
合せガラスの製造方法には各種の方法があるが、図5を用いて第二実施形態に係る合せガラスの製造方法の一例を説明する。

Claims (20)
- 第1のガラス板と、板厚が前記第1のガラス板より小さい第2のガラス板とが、中間膜を介して積層された合せガラスにおいて、
前記第2のガラス板の外形寸法が前記第1のガラス板の外形寸法よりも小さく、前記第2のガラス板の外周端の少なくとも一部が前記第1のガラス板の外周端よりも内周側に位置し、
前記第1のガラス板及び前記第2のガラス板が湾曲形状を呈しており、前記第1のガラス板の凹面に前記中間膜を介して前記第2のガラス板の凸面が積層され、
前記第1のガラス板が、中央領域と、該中央領域よりも大きく曲げられ、曲率半径の小さい前記湾曲形状を備えた外周領域とを有し、
前記第2のガラス板が、前記中央領域に積層され、
実面積で、[前記外周領域の面積]/[前記中央領域の面積]の値が0.1以上0.5以下であり、
前記合せガラスの凸面を上にして水平面に置き、垂直上方から投影して見る投影視で、[前記外周領域の面積]/[前記中央領域の面積]の値が0.05以上0.3以下である、ことを特徴とする合せガラス。 - 前記第2のガラス板の外周端の一部が前記第1のガラス板の外周端よりも内周側に位置する、請求項1に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記第1のガラス板の板厚が1.5mm以上4.0mm以下であり、前記第2のガラス板の板厚が0.2mm以上1.0mm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記第1のガラス板の板厚と前記第2のガラス板の板厚との比が、0.1以上0.5以下である、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記第2のガラス板が化学強化ガラス板である、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の合せガラス。
- 実面積で、[前記第2のガラス板の面積]/[前記第1のガラス板の面積]の値が0.45以上0.95以下である、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記中間膜の外形寸法は、前記第2のガラス板とほぼ同じ形状である、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記外周領域における前記第1のガラス板の凹面には、前記第2のガラス板に隣接するように第3のガラス板が前記中間膜を介して積層されている、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記第2のガラス板と前記第3のガラス板との間にはシール材が設けられている、請求項8に記載の合せガラス。
- 前記第1のガラス板の外形形状が略台形形状を呈し、該略台形形状の互いに平行する2辺のうち短い方の辺が上辺となる、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の合せガラスを用いた、車両窓。
- 前記中央領域の曲率半径は、前記第1のガラス板の鉛直方向の中心線の周りの曲率半径R2が10000mm以上、水平方向の中心線の周りの曲率半径R1が5000mm以上である、請求項10に記載の車両窓。
- 前記曲率半径R2と前記曲率半径R1とが、ともに10000mm以上である、請求項11に記載の車両窓。
- 前記曲率半径R2が15000mm以上、前記曲率半径R1が5000mm以上である、請求項11に記載の車両窓。
- 前記曲率半径R2と前記曲率半径R1とが、ともに20000mm以下である、請求項11〜13の何れか一項に記載の車両窓。
- 前記車両窓の周縁に向かうほど、前記第1のガラス板の曲率半径は小さくなる、請求項10〜14の何れか一項に記載の車両窓。
- 前記第1のガラス板の外形形状が略台形形状を呈し、該略台形形状の互いに平行する2辺のうち短い方の辺が上辺となる、請求項1〜7の何れか一つの合せガラスを用いた車両窓であって、前記上辺の中央部分が、前記外周領域の少なくとも一部である上辺外周領域であり、該上辺外周領域に第1の表示部材が積層されている、車両窓。
- 前記第1のガラス板の外形形状が略台形形状を呈し、該略台形形状の互いに平行する2辺のうち短い方の辺が上辺となる、請求項1〜7の何れか一つの合せガラスを用いた車両窓であって、前記略台形形状の側辺の少なくとも一部が、前記外周領域の少なくとも一部である側辺外周領域であり、該側辺外周領域に第2の表示部材が積層されている、車両窓。
- 前記第1のガラス板の外形形状が略台形形状を呈し、該略台形形状の互いに平行する2辺のうち短い方の辺が上辺となる、請求項8または9の合せガラスを用いた車両窓であって、前記上辺の中央部分が、前記外周領域の少なくとも一部である上辺外周領域であり、該上辺外周領域に第1の表示部材が前記第3のガラス板を介して積層されている、車両窓。
- 前記第1のガラス板の外形形状が略台形形状を呈し、該略台形形状の互いに平行する2辺のうち短い方の辺が上辺となる、請求項8または9の合せガラスを用いた車両窓であって、前記略台形形状の側辺の少なくとも一部が、前記外周領域の少なくとも一部である側辺外周領域であり、該側辺外周領域に第2の表示部材が前記第3のガラス板を介して積層されている、車両窓。
- 前記第2のガラス板の外形形状が略台形形状を呈するとともに、該略台形形状の互いに平行する2辺のうち短い方の辺が上辺となり、長い方の辺が下辺となる、請求項1〜7の何れか一つの合せガラスを用いた、車両窓であって、前記第2のガラス板の上辺及び下辺は前記第1のガラス板の上辺及び下辺にそれぞれ略沿って配されるとともに、前記第2のガラス板の上辺の中央部分及び/または前記第2のガラス板の下辺の中央部分には切欠き部が設けられて、前記第1のガラス板の前記外周領域を形成してなる、請求項16または17に記載の車両窓。
