(ii)モル%で表示した組成で、SiO2を50〜74%、Al2O3を1〜10%、Na2Oを6〜14%、K2Oを3〜11%、MgOを2〜15%、CaOを0〜6%及びZrO2を0〜5%含有し、SiO2及びAl2O3の含有量の合計が75%以下、Na2O及びK2Oの含有量の合計が12〜25%、MgO及びCaOの含有量の合計が7〜15%であるガラス。
(iii)モル%で表示した組成で、SiO2を68〜80%、Al2O3を4〜10%、Na2Oを5〜15%、K2Oを0〜1%、MgOを4〜15%及びZrO2を0〜1%含有するガラス。
(iv)モル%で表示した組成で、SiO2を67〜75%、Al2O3を0〜4%、Na2Oを7〜15%、K2Oを1〜9%、MgOを6〜14%及びZrO2を0〜1.5%含有し、SiO2及びAl2O3の含有量の合計が71〜75%、Na2O及びK2Oの含有量の合計が12〜20%であり、CaOを含有する場合その含有量が1%未満であるガラス。
(v)モル%で表示した組成で、SiO2を60〜70%、B2O3を0〜10%、Al2O3を8〜15%、Na2Oを10〜17%、K2Oを0〜3%、MgOを0〜10%、CaOを0〜1%、ZrO2を0〜1%含有し、SiO2及びAl2O3の含有量の合計が76〜81%、Na2O及びK2Oの含有量の合計が13〜16%であるガラス。
第2ガラス板202の厚みの合計)の標準偏差σが0.02mm未満の領域である。また、平坦領域313aは、例えば車両用合わせガラス板102の外周に沿って連続30mm以上の長さを持つ。
ミックスコート(セラミックス被覆)を設け、光を遮る光遮蔽領域が設けられるものがある。光遮蔽領域は光の透過を遮る部分なので、高い透明性、外観品質が要求されない。この場合において、起伏領域313bの少なくとも一部が、光遮蔽領域内に存在するように製造される。
ように、主として下辺103の領域に起伏領域313bを形成することができる。スペーサ501は電圧印加用の電極やハーネスなど所定の機能を持つ部材として活用可能である。

Claims (15)
- 第1湾曲形状に湾曲された第1板状体と、前記第1湾曲形状とは異なる第2形状を有する第2板状体とが中間膜によって接合された積層板であって、
前記積層板は、平面視において、周縁領域と面内領域を有し、
前記周縁領域は、平坦領域と起伏領域とを備える積層板。 - 前記平坦領域は、前記積層板の外周の一部に沿って形成される請求項1に記載の積層板。
- 前記積層板は、複数の辺によって外周が形成され、
前記複数の辺は、第1辺を備え、
前記平坦領域は、前記積層板の第1辺の一部に沿って形成される請求項1に記載の積層板。 - 前記積層板は、複数の辺によって外周が形成され、
前記複数の辺は、第1辺を備え、
前記平坦領域は、前記積層板の第1辺全体に沿って形成される請求項1に記載の積層板。 - 前記積層板は、車両用窓板であり、
前記第1辺は、車両ボディに組み付けられた際に、外部に露出する露出辺である請求項3又は4に記載の積層板。 - 前記積層板は、車両用摺動窓板であり、
前記第1辺は、車両ボディに組み付けられた際に、摺動する摺動辺である請求項3又は4に記載の積層板。 - 前記平坦領域における板厚の標準偏差は、0.02mm未満である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の積層板。
- 前記起伏領域は、前記積層板の外周の一部に沿って形成される請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の積層板。
- 前記積層板は、複数の辺によって外周が形成され、
前記複数の辺は、第2辺を備え、
前記起伏領域は、前記積層板の第2辺の一部に沿って形成される請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の積層板。 - 前記積層板は、複数の辺によって外周が形成され、
前記複数の辺は、第2辺を備え、
前記起伏領域は、前記積層板の第2辺に沿った方向に連続30mm以上の長さを持つ領域である請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の積層板。 - 前記周縁領域は、光遮蔽領域を備え、
前記起伏領域の少なくとも一部は、前記光遮蔽領域内に存在する請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の積層板。 - 前記積層板は、車両用窓板であり、
前記第2辺は、車両ボディに組み付けられた際に、外部に露出しない非露出辺である請
求項9又は10に記載の積層板。 - 前記起伏領域における板厚の標準偏差は、0.02mm以上である請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の積層板。
- 第1湾曲形状に湾曲された第1板状体と、前記第1湾曲形状とは異なる第2形状を有する第2板状体とを貼り合わせる中間膜であって、
前記中間膜は、平面視において、周縁領域と面内領域を有し、
前記周縁領域は、平坦領域と起伏領域とを備える中間膜。 - 第1湾曲形状に湾曲された第1板状体と、前記第1湾曲形状とは異なる第2形状を有する第2板状体とを貼り合わせる中間膜であって、
前記中間膜は、平面視において、周縁領域と面内領域を有し、
前記周縁領域は、硬質領域と軟質領域とを備える中間膜。
