Description
モータ50の駆動に基づき円盤リンク部材41が軸線m1を中心に回転すると、中間リンク部材42のピン420が円盤リンク部材41のガイド溝411に沿って変位する。このピン420の変位に基づいて中間リンク部材42が回転軸421を中心に回転することにより、ドアリンク部材43が変位する。このとき、ドアリンク部材43とデフロスタドア36の回転軸360とが一体的に回転することにより、デフロスタドア36が開閉動作する。
・突出部45の形状は適宜変更可能である。例えば突出部45の先端部は曲線状に形成されていてもよい。

Claims (3)
- モータ(50)に連結され、前記モータの駆動により回転する第1リンク部材(41)と、
車室内の温度を調整するための空調用空気を車室内に吹き出す吹出口(24)を開閉する開閉ドア(36)に連結される第2リンク部材(43)と、
固定部材(20)に支持される回転軸(421)を有し、前記第1リンク部材及び前記第2リンク部材を連結する第3リンク部材(42)と、
前記第1リンク部材の周囲を覆うように配置されるリンクカバー(44)と、を備え、
前記リンクカバーには、前記第3リンク部材に向かって突出する突出部(45)が形成され、
前記第1リンク部材の回転方向における前記突出部の側壁(441b,441c)は、テーパ状に形成されている

全閉位置から所定開度だけ開いた位置で保持されるものであり、
前記突出部は、
前記開閉ドアを前記所定開度で保持させる際に前記リンクカバーにおいて前記第3リンク部材に対向する部分に形成されている
請求項1に記載のリンク機構。 - 前記突出部において前記第3リンク部材に対向する対向面(441a)は、前記第3リンク部材において前記第1リンク部材に対向する対向面(423)に平行に形成されている
