Description
Claims (6)
- 自重によって順次供給されるシート状物を積層し積層体を得る積層装置であって、
水平方向に対して傾斜し前記積層体が載置される載置面と、前記シート状物の移動方向における前記載置面の下端に立設されて前記載置面上を滑走する前記シート状物を停止させる停止部と、前記載置面と前記停止部との間に設けられた積層領域と、を有する積層部と、
前記載置面に対向して配置され、前記積層部の前記積層領域に向けて気体を吹き付ける気体吹付部と、
前記積層部に供給される前記シート状物が前記停止部に当接した後に前記シート状物に対して前記気体を吹き付けるよう、前記気体吹付部を制御する制御部と、を備える、積層装置。 - 前記シート状物は前記停止部に当接した状態で前記載置面上に積層され、
前記制御部は、少なくとも前記シート状物が前記停止部に当接した後に前記シート状物に対して前記気体を吹き付け、前記シート状物に続く別のシート状物が前記停止部に当接するまでの間に前記気体の吹付けを一旦停止するように前記気体吹付部を制御する、請求項1に記載の積層装置。 - 前記気体吹付部は、前記積層領域に対向して配置されると共に、前記積層領域の前記停止部側の一端部と前記シート状物が供給される側の他端部との間の中央位置または前記中央位置よりも前記他端部寄りに前記気体を吹き付ける、請求項1または2に記載の積層装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記シート状物が前記停止部に当接した際にも前記シート状物に対して前記気体を吹き付けるよう、前記気体吹付部を制御する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層装置。
- 前記シート状物は、種類の異なる第1の電極と第2の電極とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記第1の電極に対する前記気体の吹付けの強さと前記第2の電極に対する前記気体の吹付けの強さとを異ならせるように前記気体吹付部を制御する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層装置。 - 自重によって順次供給されるシート状の電極を積層し積層部の積層領域において積層体を得る電極積層方法であって、
前記積層部は、水平方向に対して傾斜し前記積層体が載置される載置面と、前記電極の移動方向における前記載置面の下端に立設されて前記電極を停止させる停止部と、前記載置面と前記停止部との間に設けられた前記積層領域と、を有しており、
前記電極を前記積層部に供給する工程と、
前記積層部に供給された前記電極が前記載置面上を滑走して前記停止部に当接した後に、前記載置面に対向して配置された気体吹付部を用いて、前記電極に対して前記気体を吹き付ける工程と、を含む、電極積層方法。
