Claims (6)
- 第1端部プレート(4)と第2端部プレート(5)を有する複数の冷却プレート(2)からなるプレートスタック(3)を備え、プレートスタック(3)が冷却剤のための第1連結部(6)と第2連結部(7)を含み、そしてプレートスタック(3)が空気流入開口(9)及び空気排出開口(10)を有するハウジング(8)内に配置された、過給気冷却装置であって、ハウジング(8)がハウジング(8)を閉鎖するカバー(13)を備え、カバー(13)に吸入口(14)及び排出口(15)が配置されると共に、カバー(13)、吸入口(14)及び排出口(15)が、単一部材で一体に成形され、
第1連結部(6)と吸入口(14)との間に、また第2連結部(7)と排出口(15)との間にそれぞれ一つの第1密封部(16)が配置され、
ハウジング(8)のハウジングベース部と第2端部プレート(5)との間に、第1位置決定手段(18)が配置され、
第1位置決定手段(18)が、ハウジング(8)と第2端部プレート(5)の間で圧縮され、それにより第1端部プレート(4)をカバー(13)に押し付け、第1密封部(16)が、第1端部プレート(4)とカバー(13)の間で圧縮されることを特徴とする過給気冷却装置。 - ハウジング(8)が第1ハウジング部(11)と第2ハウジング部(12)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過給気冷却装置。
- 第1連結部(6)と第2連結部(7)が第1端部プレート(4)内に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の過給気冷却装置。
- ハウジング(8)とカバー(13)との間に第2密封部(17)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の過給気冷却装置。
- ハウジング(8)のハウジングベース部と第2端部プレート(5)との間に第2位置決定手段(19)が配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の過給気冷却装置。
- カバー(13)が閉鎖部材(20)、または連結部材のための受容部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の過給気冷却装置。
