Claims (5)
- 吸気管(5)における給気冷却器(4)の配置であって、前記給気冷却器(4)が前記吸気管(5)内の給気を流通させる冷却器ブロック(15)を有し、かつ前記吸気管(5)が第1の開口部(11)を有する本体を含み、この第1の開口部(11)を通じて前記給気冷却器(4)が前記吸気管(5)内に挿入可能である配置において、
前記吸気管(5)の前記本体が第2の開口部(1)を更に含み、この第2の開口部(1)が前記第1の開口部(11)に対して実質的に向い合って配置されていて、前記吸気管(5)の一部を形成し且つ前記本体とは別体のハウジング部分(2)によって閉鎖可能であり、
前記給気冷却器(4)が前記吸気管(5)の前記第1の開口部(11)に固定される一方、前記吸気管(5)の前記本体に前記ハウジング部分(2)を介して支持され、
前記吸気管(5)内へ挿入可能な前記給気冷却器(4)の端部が凸部(17)および凹部(3)の一方を有し、かつ前記ハウジング部分(2)が前記凸部(17)および前記凹部(3)の他方を有していて、前記凸部(17)と前記凹部(3)とが互いに差し込み可能である、ことを特徴とする配置。 - 前記ハウジング部分(2)が前記吸気管(5)の前記本体に結合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配置。
- 前記給気冷却器(4)と前記ハウジング部分(2)との間の位置精度が、前記本体に対する前記ハウジング部分(2)の固定を介して補正可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の配置。
- 前記ハウジング部分(2)と前記吸気管(5)の前記本体との間にシール材(18)が挿設可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の配置。
- 前記給気冷却器(4)は前記第1の開口部(11)に隣接して位置付けられるべきフランジ(12)を有し、
前記フランジ(12)と前記吸気管(5)との間にシール材(19)が挿設可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の配置。
