Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 給気冷却器(1)であって、圧縮空気を導くための内部送風ダクト(24)を備える少なくとも一つの管状部材(6)、および圧縮空気を送風ダクト(24)を通して送る前に受けるようになっているタンク(3)を含み、それによって圧縮空気が送風ダクト(24)を通過するときに第1冷媒(25)によって冷却されるようになっている給気冷却器に於いて、前記タンク(3)が、該タンク(3)の中の圧縮空気にそれを、中で第2段階の冷却を受ける、この送風ダクト(24)へ送る前に第1段階の冷却を与えるために、少なくとも部分的にこのタンク(3)の内部に位置する冷却装置(15)を含むことを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項1に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記冷却装置(15)が、第2冷媒を上記タンク(3)の内部でその大きさの端から端まで導くようにされた、少なくとも一つの管状部品(20a、b)を含むことを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項2に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記管状部品(20a、b)は、前記冷却装置(15)が前記タンク(3)の中で圧縮空気に関する接触面が増すように、材料の突出部(21)を備えることを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項1から3までの何れか一項に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記タンク(3)の孔(17)を形成する表面と前記冷却装置(15)の表面の間に配置してあるシール手段(18)を含むことを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項4に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記シール手段(18)が前記タンク(3)と前記冷却装置(15)の間の相対運動を吸収できるように構成してあることを特徴とする冷却器。
- 上記請求項2から請求項5までの何れか一項に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記管状部品(20a、b)の中を通す、前記第2冷媒が液体であることを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項6に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記第2冷媒は、主な機能が燃焼エンジンを冷却することである冷却システムのラジエータ流体であることを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項1から7までの何れか一項に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記給気冷却器の管状部材(6)が熱伝導特性のよい材料でできていることを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項8に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記管状部材(6)がアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする冷却器。
- 請求項1から9までの何れか一項に記載の給気冷却器に於いて、前記第1冷媒が周囲空気であることを特徴とする冷却器。
