Claims (4)
- パルス測距光を照射する発光部と、反射パルス測距光を受光する受光部と、前記発光部を制御すると共に前記受光部からの受光信号に基づき測定対象物迄の距離を演算する制御演算部とを具備し、前記発光部は励起レーザ光を発光する発光源と、前記励起レーザ光のスポット径を変更するスポット径変更手段と、該スポット径変更手段を介して入射される前記励起レーザ光を前記パルス測距光として照射する光共振部とを有し、
前記制御演算部は、前記スポット径変更手段により前記光共振部に入射する励起レーザ光のフォーカス、アンフォーカス状態を制御し、近距離測定を行う場合は、前記光共振部への入射スポット径を小さくし、遠距離測定を行う場合は、前記入射スポット径を大きくする様構成されたレーザ測量装置。 - 前記スポット径変更手段は液体レンズを有し、前記スポット径変更手段は前記液体レンズに印加する電圧の変化により前記液体レンズの焦点距離を変更し、前記光共振部に入射される前記励起レーザ光の励起スポット径を変更する請求項1に記載のレーザ測量装置。
- 前記液体レンズが周方向に分割された複数の電極を有し、前記スポット径変更手段は各電極毎に電圧を印加し、前記励起レーザ光の集光方向を変更する請求項2に記載のレーザ測量装置。
- 前記制御演算部は、前記励起レーザ光のスポット径が小の時に低ピーク出力でパルス発光周波数を増大させ、前記励起レーザ光のスポット径が大の時に高ピーク出力でパルス発光周波数を減少させる請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1つに記載のレーザ測量装置。
