Description
前記ホットランナよりも熱伝導性が高い材料からなり、前記ホットランナの樹脂流路の最下流側に連通するノズル孔を有するノズルチップを備え、
前記ノズルチップは、断熱部材を介してホットランナに接合し、
前記ホットランナの下流側端部に、樹脂流路に連通する座繰り穴が設けられており、
前記ノズルチップは、前記ノズル孔を有する筒部と、前記筒部の底面に接合され、前記ノズル孔に連通する開口部を有するフランジ部とを有し、
前記断熱部材は、前記ホットランナの座繰り穴に当接する外壁と、前記ノズルチップの筒部の外周に当接する貫通孔とを有する筒状体からなり、
前記ノズルチップの筒部は、前記断熱部材の貫通孔に当接し、前記断熱部材の外壁は前記ホットランナの座繰り穴に当接しており、
前記ノズルチップのフランジ部と前記ホットランナの下流側端部との間、及び前記ノズルチップの筒部の先端部と前記ホットランナの座繰り穴の最奥部との間の両方に間隙を有することを特徴とすることを特徴とする。
Claims (4)
- ホットランナからの溶融樹脂を吐出するノズル孔を有する射出成形機用ノズルであって、
前記ホットランナよりも熱伝導性が高い材料からなり、前記ホットランナの樹脂流路の最下流側に連通するノズル孔を有するノズルチップを備え、
前記ノズルチップは、断熱部材を介してホットランナに接合し、
前記ホットランナの下流側端部に、樹脂流路に連通する座繰り穴が設けられており、
前記ノズルチップは、前記ノズル孔を有する筒部と、前記筒部の底面に接合され、前記ノズル孔に連通する開口部を有するフランジ部とを有し、
前記断熱部材は、前記ホットランナの座繰り穴に当接する外壁と、前記ノズルチップの筒部の外周に当接する貫通孔とを有する筒状体からなり、
前記ノズルチップの筒部は、前記断熱部材の貫通孔に当接し、前記断熱部材の外壁は前記ホットランナの座繰り穴に当接しており、
前記ノズルチップのフランジ部と前記ホットランナの下流側端部との間、及び前記ノズルチップの筒部の先端部と前記ホットランナの座繰り穴の最奥部との間の両方に間隙を有することを特徴とすることを特徴とする射出成形機用ノズル。 - 請求項1記載の射出成形機用ノズルにおいて、前記ホットランナ内の樹脂流路の下流側端部は、ノズル孔に連通する部位に向けて先細りするテーパ形状であることを特徴とする射出成形機用ノズル。
- 請求項1記載の射出成形機用ノズルにおいて、前記ノズル孔の上流側に、前記ホットランナからの溶融樹脂が流通する開口部と、前記溶融樹脂を遮蔽する遮蔽部と、前記遮蔽部からノズル孔の下流側に向けて突出する突出部と、を備える駒部材が設けられていることを特徴とする射出成形機用ノズル。
- 請求項3に記載の射出成形機用ノズルにおいて、前記駒部材の遮蔽部は、前記ホットランナの樹脂流路から前記ノズルチップのノズル孔に向けて幅が広がる立体形状であることを特徴とする射出成形機用ノズル。
