Abstract
Se proporciona una boquilla de la máquina de moldeo por inyección, capaz de suprimir la fibrosidad ocasionada por la resina no solidificada, en un caso en donde se libera un molde en corto tiempo y se reduce el tiempo del ciclo. Una boquilla de la máquina de moldeo por inyección (10) incluye un orificio de la boquilla para expulsar resina fundida desde un canal caliente (12). La boquilla de la máquina de moldeo por inyección (10) incluye una punta de la boquilla (16) hecha de un material que tiene una conductividad térmica más alta que la del canal caliente (12) e incluye un orificio de la boquilla (16B) que comunica con un lado mas descendente de un recorrido del flujo de la resina del canal caliente (12). La punta de la boquilla (16) se une al canal caliente (12) a través de un miembro de aislamiento térmico (14).
