Claims (5)
- 第1成形面を有する第1金型と、
前記第1成形面に対応する第2成形面を有する第2金型とを含み、
前記第1及び第2金型はそれぞれ互いに結合された複数のサブアセンブリを具備し、
前記サブアセンブリは複数のプレートを建てて順に面と面を重ねて構成され、互いに隣接するプレートの重なり面には成形面に沿って互いに対応する溝を形成することによって第1冷却チャネルが設けられ、
前記サブアセンブリのうち少なくともいずれか1つには、前記プレートを貫通するように前記サブアセンブリの長さ方向に形成された第2冷却チャネルが設けられ、前記サブアセンブリは前記サブアセンブリの成形面上に形成されたと突出部を有し、前記第2冷却チャネルは、該第2冷却チャネルが前記サブアセンブリの前記成形面と前記第1冷却チャネルの間に配置されるように、前記突出部を貫通する、ホットスタンピング金型装置。 - 前記第1及び第2金型を合型する際、前記第1金型を構成する前記サブアセンブリの間の第1重なり面と前記第2金型を構成する前記サブアセンブリの間の第2重なり面が互いにずれるように配列される、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング金型装置。
- 前記第1及び第2金型のうち少なくともいずれか1つは、前記プレートが金型の長さ方向に配列された第1サブアセンブリの配列と、前記プレートが金型の幅方向に配列された第2サブアセンブリ配列を具備する、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング金型装置。
- 前記サブアセンブリのうち少なくともいずれか1つの前記第1冷却チャネルはジグザグパターンを示しながら前記サブアセンブリの長さ方向に延長され、該サブアセンブリの前記プレートには前記プレートに作られた前記第1冷却チャネルを連結する貫通孔が設けられる、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング金型装置。
- 前記第2冷却チャネルにはケミカル冷媒が供給され、前記第2冷却チャネルの全区間で前記ケミカル冷媒の温度が一定に維持される、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピング金型装置。
