Claims (10)
- プレス加工された金属シートから作られた、熱交換器の扁平チューブ用プレート(1)であって、前記プレス加工により、流体入口(3a)および流体出口(3b)が接続され、長さ(L)および幅(h)を有するプレート(1)であって、
前記流体入口および流体出口(3a、3b)は、前記長さ(L)に沿って、前記プレート(1)の縁からL/2±40mmに相当する距離に位置し、
前記プレス加工は、前記流体入口および流体出口(3a、3b)の第1の側に位置する第1の流体流路(5a)と、前記流体入口および流体出口(3a、3b)の、第1の側とは反対側の第2の側に位置する第2の流体流路(5b)とを形成することを特徴とするプレート(1)。 - 前記第1および第2の流体流路(5a、5b)は、前記プレート(1)の幅(h)に平行な前記流体入口および流体出口(3a、3b)を通る対称軸に対して互いに対称的であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート(1)。
- 前記プレス加工は、前記流体入口(3a)と前記流体出口(3b)との間に反転部を含む曲がりくねった経路を前記第1および第2の流路(5a、5b)に与えるリブ(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプレート(1)。
- 前記リブ(7)は、丸みのある端部(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプレート(1)。
- 前記第1および第2の流体流路(5a、5b)は、攪拌突出部(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のプレート(1)。
- 前記プレート(1)の長さ(L)は、400mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプレート(1)。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのプレート(1)を備えることを特徴とする熱交換器用扁平チューブ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の第1および第2のプレート(1)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熱交換器用扁平チューブ。
- 請求項7または8に記載の少なくとも1つの扁平チューブを備えることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器は給気冷却器であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の熱交換器。
