技术领域
本发明涉及热交换器的领域,且更特别地是用在汽车领域中的扁平管热交换器。
背景技术
已知的实践是,在汽车领域中使用热交换器,其包括堆叠的相同扁平管,第一流体循环通过所述扁平管。每个扁平管由两个金属板形成,它们具有槽,以形成具有预定图案的盘,且设置为使得它们的凹面面朝彼此。两个板以流体密封方式连结在一起,由此形成扁平管,流体可从流体入口循环通过所述扁平管循环到流体出口,入口和出口每个定位在扁平管的一端处,且更通常的是,每个定位在板的相反侧上。
扁平管一个堆叠在另一个顶部,每个扁平管的流体入口连结在一起以形成入口列。同样,每个扁平管的流体出口连结到一起以形成出口列。在每个扁平管之间留有空间,用于第二流体的通过。两种流体之间的热交换因此在第一流体通过扁平管和第二流体通过所述扁平管之间时发生。
为了增加扁平管的长度和因此增加两种流体之间的热交换面积,已知的实践是使扁平管通过在开槽时在板上保持有肋而跟随弯曲的回路。在该类型的交换器中,入口和出口列可由此定位在板的相反侧上或替换地在板的相同侧上,如申请EP2105694所示。
这样的热交换器通常在用于对机动车辆的内部进行空气调节的制冷剂回路中用作蒸发器,该制冷剂构成第一流体,第二流体是环境空气,或作为用于加热机动车辆内部的热传递流体回路中的加热散热器,该热传递流体构成第一流体,第二流体是环境空气。
但是,当使用长的交换器来冷却作为第二流体的压缩空气流时,例如在涡轮压缩机的外侧,且定位为尽可能靠近发动机燃烧气缸空气入口,由于最好地覆盖所有气缸所限定的表面区域所需的板的长度引起的压力压头损失,存在问题。实际上,随着距例如水或制冷剂的第一流体的入口列距离变远,在该例子中为空气的第二流体的冷却效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的因此是至少部分地克服现有技术的缺点,且提出限制板的压力压头损失的热交换器。
本发明因此涉及一种用于热交换器扁平管的板,该板由带开槽的金属板制成,所述开槽允许流体入口和流体出口被连接,所述板具有长度L和宽度h,所述流体入口和出口沿长度位于距板的边缘一距离处,该距离对应于L/2,加或减40mm,开槽形成位于所述流体入口和出口的第一侧的第一流体流通道,和位于所述流体入口和出口的与第一侧相对的第二侧的第二流体流通道。

具体实施方式
用于图1所示的热交换器的扁平管的板1具有长度L和宽度h。由开槽板金属制成的板1具有流体入口3a和流体出口3b,所述流体入口3a和流体出口3b在距板1的边缘对应于L/2,加或减40mm的距离处定位在长度L上。优选地,流体入口3a和流体出口3b定位在板1的长度L的中央。板1的开槽形成具有肋7的腔室,其在流体入口3a和流体出口3b之间限定第一和第二流体流通道5a和5b。
肋7为第一和第二通道5a、5b提供蜿蜒的路径,该路径包括流体入口3a和流体出口3b之间的转弯。该蜿蜒的路径使得可以增加第一和第二通道5a、5b的长度,并因此增加流体在所述第一和第二通道5a、5b中流动的时间,由此增加一种流体向另一种流体传热的时间。

流通道5a、5b可还包括扰动凸伸部9,以使沿流通道5a、5b流动的流体更均匀。
扁平管包括连结在一起的两个板1的组件,两个板的每个的流通道5a和5b彼此面对。板1以流体密封的方式组装,以防止穿过流通道5a、5b的流体的任何泄露。
实施扁平管的另一方式可以是将板1与搁置在板1的和肋7周边上的扁平板组装,覆盖流动通道5a、5b。
扁平管热交换器包括堆叠的扁平管,所述扁平管在它们的流体入口和它们的流体出口3a、3b处连结在一起,每个扁平管间隔开,以便允许另一流体在所述扁平管之间穿过。扁平管在流体入口和出口3a、3b处连结到一起,以形成流体入口列和流体出口列,流体入口列将所有扁平管的所有流体入口组成在一起,流体出口列将所有扁平管的所有流体入口组成在一起。
由于根据本发明的用于制造扁平管的板1的使用,流体入口和出口列位于热交换器的中央。
由此,对于板1的同样长度L和因此扁平管和热交换器的同样长度L,流体入口和出口3a和3b和板的端部之间的距离保持尽可能短,由此限制压力压头损失。
该特征在大于或等于400mm的长度L的热交换器扁平管板1中最为重要。这是因为对于这样的长度L,压力压头损失在现有技术板中很明显。
由此,在热交换器定位为尽可能靠近发动机燃烧气缸空气入口的情况下,从使用循环通过扁平管的制冷剂以冷却例如从涡轮压缩机到达且进入每个气缸的空气流的角度看,制冷剂入口和出口3a、3b位于板1的长度L的中央意味着所述空气流被有效地冷却,甚至在燃烧气缸距制冷剂入口和出口3a、3b最远的情况下,由此减小自动点火的风险。
另外,板1的这样的构造显著使得可以获得增压空气冷却器类型的热交换器20,其能够冷却同一空气流两次,如图2所示。
由此,为了冷却从排气回路22到达的空气流,所述空气流在被压缩和因此在涡轮压缩机24中被加热之前在第一流通道5a中被首次冷却。在冲进燃烧气缸26之前,空气流在第二流通道5b中再一次穿过热交换器。
该构造意味着可以具有仅一个制冷剂入口列30a和仅一个制冷剂出口列30b,由此使得可以克服与使用两个热交换器(因此需要两个制冷剂入口列和两个制冷剂出口列)相关的约束和成本。

Claims (10)
