Claims (10)
- モータハウジングの端部に設けられる軸受取付部と、前記取付部に受け入れられる転がり軸受と、前記取付部の内周面と前記転がり軸受の外側リングの面との間に保持される保持リングとを備え、前記転がり軸受が前記保持リングによって前記モータハウジングに固締されている、転がり軸受の固締装置であって、
前記保持リングは、前記転がり軸受の半径方向に弾性を有し、
前記取付部は、前記モータハウジングの軸方向に垂直な端面を有し、前記保持リングは、前記半径方向に平行に延在する第1の当接部及び第2の当接部と、前記第1の当接部と前記第2の当接部とを互いに連結する内側環状部と、前記第2の当接部の端縁に連結される外側環状部とを備え、
前記取付部の前記端面は前記第2の当接部に接続され、前記第2の当接部の移動を防ぐよう構成されていることを特徴とする固締装置。 - 前記第1の当接部は、前記転がり軸受の前記外側リングの端面に当接し、前記内側環状部は、前記転がり軸受の前記外側リングの外周面の少なくとも一部に当接し、前記外側環状部は傾斜しており、その半径方向の大きさは、前記第2の当接部から前記第1の当接部に向かって徐々に大きくなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固締装置。
- 前記内側環状部は傾斜しており、その半径方向の大きさは、前記第1の当接部から前記第2の当接部に向かって徐々に大きくなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固締装置。
- 前記内側環状部は、前記第1の当接部に接触する軸方向端部に隣接する前記転がり軸受の前記外側リングの前記外周面の一部に当接することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の固締装置。
- 前記内側環状部は、前記転がり軸受の前記外側リングの前記外周面全体に当接することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の固締装置。
- 更に、前記取付部の前記端面と前記転がり軸受の前記外側リングの端面との間に位置する座金を備え、前記保持リングの前記第2の当接部及び前記転がり軸受けの前記外側リングの端面は前記座金に当接することを特徴とする、請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の固締装置。
- 前記内側環状部の軸方向の長さは、前記外側環状部の軸方向の長さよりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の固締装置。
- 前記保持リングは、ステンレス鋼又は炭素鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の固締装置。
- 更に、前記転がり軸受の軸方向両端に設けられる軸受位置決めリングを備え、前記転がり軸受の内側リング及び前記各軸受位置決めリングは、モータ軸に固定され、前記軸は、前記軸受取付部、前記転がり軸受、及び前記各軸受位置決めリングを貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の固締装置。
- 前記保持リングは、前記転がり軸受の半径方向に沿って平行に延在する第1の当接部及び第2の当接部と、前記第1の当接部と前記第2の当接部とを互いに連結する内側環状部と、前記第2の当接部の端縁に連結される外側環状部とを備え、前記外側環状部は前記軸受取付部に当接し、前記外側環状部と前記軸受取付部との間、及び前記内側環状部と前記転がり軸受との間の少なくとも1つに、楔形の隙間が形成されて、前記保持リングが半径方向に弾性変形可能になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固締装置。
