Abstract
本发明提供一种滚动轴承紧固结构,包括位于电机壳体(1)末端的轴承安装部(11)、收容于该安装部(11)内的滚动轴承(3)、及卡设于所述安装部(11)内周面与所述滚动轴承(3)外圈表面之间的弹性卡环(7),所述滚动轴承(3)通过该弹性卡环(7)紧固至所述电机壳体(1),该弹性卡环(7)在垂直于其轴向的方向上具有弹性。本发明的滚动轴承紧固结构,具有可靠、牢固的紧固效果,使得电机寿命延长;且不需要针对特定电机研发、生产非标滚动轴承,适用性广,使得生产成本降低,生产周期缩短。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电机技术领域,尤其涉及一种滚动轴承紧固结构。
背景技术
按摩床常见于理疗医院、美容院、浴场等场所,随着人们保健意识的增强,对按摩床的需求量也会逐渐增加。
按摩床内设置有数个按摩器件,每一按摩器件内安装一电机,电机主轴连接偏心轮。控制电机开启后,电机利用电磁感应原理将电能转换成机械能,驱动电机主轴带动偏心轮转动,并通过偏心轮的转动冲击按摩床床面,产生振动效果,实现对人体相应部位的按摩。
上述电机采用滚动轴承来支撑电机主轴。请参阅图1,当把滚动轴承100装配于电机壳体300末端的轴承安装部310时,由于该安装部310的内径往往大于滚动轴承100的外径,该安装部310内圆周面与滚动轴承100外圈表面之间存在明显的径向间隙,现有技术常采用在安装部310内圆周面与滚动轴承100外圈表面之间胶涂覆胶黏剂500进行粘接的方法,或在安装部310内圆周面与滚动轴承100外圈表面之间安装橡胶套的方法来紧固该滚动轴承100。
以一特定型号电机为例,其壳体末端用于安装滚动轴承的安装部的内径为Φ9.175mm,而与该内径值接近的现有标准滚动轴承的外径分别为Φ6.350mm、Φ7.937mm、Φ9.525mm,可选用Φ6.350mm、Φ7.937mm两个规格。不论选用外径值为Φ7.937mm的滚动轴承还是选用Φ6.350mm的滚动轴承,由于安装部的内径与滚动轴承的外径差值较大,必须在安装部内圆周面与滚动轴承外圈表面之间安装橡胶套以紧固滚动轴承,但该方法并不可靠,经实验验证,电机运转200小时后,橡胶套由于受按摩床工作时产生的径向偏心交变载荷的作用而松散失效,严重影响电机寿命。
若针对某一电机壳体末端用于安装滚动轴承的安装部的内径值单独设计、生产一非标滚动轴承,势必会造成生产周期延长、生产成本提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的滚动轴承紧固结构,具有可靠、牢固的紧固效果,使得电机寿命延长;且不需要针对特定电机研发、生产非标滚动轴承,适用性广,使得生产成本降低,生产周期缩短。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种滚动轴承紧固结构,包括位于电机壳体末端的轴承安装部,收容于该安装部内的滚动轴承及卡设于所述安装部内周面与所述滚动轴承外圈表面之间的弹性卡环,该滚动轴承通过该弹性卡环紧固至所述电机壳体,该弹性卡环在垂直于其轴向的方向上具有弹性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的滚动轴承紧固结构,在电机外壳末端的轴承安装部内周面与滚动轴承外圈表面之间设置弹性卡环,通过该弹性卡环紧固所述滚动轴承,具有可靠、牢固的紧固效果,使得电机寿命延长;且不需要针对特定电机研发、生产非标滚动轴承,适用性广,使得生产成本降低,生产周期缩短。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2至图3,本发明的滚动轴承紧固结构包括位于电机壳体1末端的轴承安装部11,设于该安装部11内的滚动轴承3、设于该安装部11内侧的垂直于轴向的端面(下文及权利要求书中的“端面”均指垂直于电机轴向的面)与滚动轴承3一端面之间的垫圈5、设于所述安装部11的平行于轴向的内周面(下文及权利要求书中的“周面”均指平行于电机轴向的面)与所述滚动轴承3外圈表面之间的弹性卡环7,及沿轴向设于所述滚动轴承3轴向两侧的轴承定位圈9。
具体的,滚动轴承3包括固定于电机转轴的内圈、外圈以及夹设于内圈与外圈之间的滚珠或滚柱,其结构为本领域技术人员知悉,本实施例不加以标号做详细说明。请同时参阅图4、图5,所述弹性卡环7包括相互平行的第一抵靠部71与第二抵靠部73、连接所述第一与第二抵靠部71、73的内环部75、及连接于第二抵靠部73边缘的外环部77;所述第一抵靠部71沿所述滚动轴承3的径向设置并抵靠于所述滚动轴承3的外圈端面,所述第二抵靠部沿所述滚动轴承3的径向设置并抵靠于所述垫圈5;所述内环部75自第一抵靠部71向第二抵靠部73倾斜且径向尺寸逐渐增大,所述外环部77自第二抵靠部73向第一抵靠部71倾斜且径向尺寸逐渐增大;通过所述外环部77抵接所述安装部11内周面、所述内环部75抵接所述滚动轴承3外圈表面,紧固所述滚动轴承3,即通过所述弹性卡环7紧固所述滚动轴承3。
进一步的,所述内环部75的轴向长度大于所述外环部77的轴向长度。
为保证所述弹性卡环7对所述滚动轴承3的紧固效果,所述弹性卡环7可采用不锈钢或碳钢等材料制成。
所述轴承定位圈9固定于电机转轴10,其作用为定位滚动轴承3,防止所述滚动轴承3沿轴向晃动。
将所述弹性卡环7装配至所述电机壳体1末端的轴承安装部11的内周面与所述滚动轴承3外圈表面之间,所述弹性卡环7的外环部77被所述安装部11的内周面压紧,并相应产生一作用力,使所述内环部75压紧所述滚动轴承3外圈表面,从而可靠、牢固的紧固所述滚动轴承3。当所述滚动轴承3承受径向载荷,尤其是在按摩床工作时产生的径向偏心交变载荷时,所述弹性卡环7始终压紧所述滚动轴承3,使得电机的寿命大幅延长。
在上述实施方式中,垫圈5用于抵持滚动轴承3的外圈的端面,从而使滚动轴承3不易从弹性卡环7中脱离。然而可以理解,在其它实施方式中,也可以将如图3所示的安装部11抵持垫圈5的端面延长,使其可直接抵持滚动轴承3的外圈的端面。如此,垫圈5也可不必设置。
在上述实施方式中,弹性卡环7在垂直于其轴向的方向上具有弹性的特征允许转轴发生一定的晃动。可以理解地,内环部75也可以是沿轴向延伸而抵靠滚动轴承3外圈的全部周面,或者是内环部75折弯成在图3所示的界面中呈V型,并且其中间部分抵靠滚动轴承3外圈的外周面,而外环部77仍保持倾斜,也可达成上述目的。可以理解地,只要所述外环部与轴承安装部之间、内环部与外环部之间或内环部与滚动轴承之间其中之一存在楔形间隙,从而所述弹性卡环具有径向变形能力即可。
本发明的滚动轴承紧固结构适用性广,使得研发新型号电机时可以选用现有的标准滚动轴承,而不必针对某一型号电机单独设计、生产非标滚动轴承,使得产品生产成本降低,生产周期缩短。
综上所述,本发明的本发明的滚动轴承紧固结构,在电机外壳末端的轴承安装部内周面与滚动轴承外圈表面之间设置弹性卡环,通过该弹性卡环紧固所述滚动轴承,具有可靠、牢固的紧固效果,使得电机寿命延长;且不需要针对特定电机研发、生产非标滚动轴承,适用性广,使得生产成本降低,生产周期缩短。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,包括位于电机壳体(1)末端的轴承安装部(11)、收容于该安装部(11)内的滚动轴承(3)、及卡设于所述安装部(11)内周面与所述滚动轴承(3)外圈表面之间的弹性卡环(7),所述滚动轴承(3)通过该弹性卡环(7)紧固至所述电机壳体(1),该弹性卡环(7)在垂直于其轴向的方向上具有弹性。
2.如权利要求1所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,所述弹性卡环(7)包括相互平行的沿所述滚动轴承(3)的径向延伸的第一抵靠部(71)与第二抵靠部(73)、连接所述第一与第二抵靠部(71、73)的内环部(75)、及连接于第二抵靠部(73)边缘的外环部(77);所述第一抵靠部(71)抵靠于所述滚动轴承(3)的外圈端面,;所述内环部(75)抵靠所述滚动轴承(3)外圈的至少部分的外周面,所述外环部(77)自第二抵靠部(73)向第一抵靠部(71)倾斜且径向尺寸逐渐增大。
3.如权利要求2所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,所述内环部(75)自第一抵靠部(71)向第二抵靠部(73)倾斜且径向尺寸逐渐增大。
4.如权利要求2所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,所述内环部(75)抵靠所述滚动轴承(3)外圈的全部周面。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,还包括抵持该安装部(11)内侧端面与滚动轴承(3)外圈端面的垫圈(5),所述弹性卡环的第二抵靠部(73)抵靠于所述垫圈(5)。
6.如权利要求2至4任一项所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,所述内环部(75)的轴向长度大于所述外环部(77)的轴向长度。
7.如权利要求1所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,所述弹性卡环(7)的材料为不锈钢或碳钢。
8.如权利要求1所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,还包括沿轴向设于所述滚动轴承(3)两侧的轴承定位圈(9),所述滚动轴承(3)的内圈和定位圈固定于一电机转轴,所述电机转轴贯穿所述轴承安装部、滚动轴承和定位圈。
9.如权利要求1所述的滚动轴承紧固结构,其特征在于,所述弹性卡环(7)包括相互平行的沿所述滚动轴承(3)的径向延伸的第一抵靠部(71)与第二抵靠部(73)、连接所述第一与第二抵靠部(71、73)的内环部(75)、及连接于第二抵靠部(73)外边缘的外环部(77),所述第一抵靠部(71)抵靠于所述滚动轴承(3)的外圈端面,外环部抵靠于轴承安装部,所述外环部与轴承安装部之间、内环部与外环部之间及内环部与滚动轴承之间至少其中之一存在楔形间隙从而使得所述弹性卡环具有径向变形能力。
