Claims (7)
- Li2O 10〜15重量%、SiO2 68〜76重量%、核形成剤の役割を行うP2O5 2〜5重量%、ガラス転移温度と軟化点を増加させ、ガラスの化学的耐久性を増大させるAl2O3 0〜5重量%、ZrO2 2〜3重量%、ガラスの熱膨張率を増加させるCaO 0.5〜3重量%、Na2O 0.5〜5重量%、K2O 0.5〜5重量%、着色剤(colorant)1〜2重量%、MgO、ZnO、F、La2O3の混合物0〜2.0重量%を含むガラス組成物の溶融冷却物を無機接合剤(inorganic bond)の塗布されたジルコニアポスト(post)と接合するにあたり、ガラス組成物の核形成及び結晶成長並びにジルコニアポストとガラス組成物との接合が行われるように700℃〜900℃で1分〜2時間の間熱処理する
ことを特徴とするクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記リチウムシリケートガラス組成物は、
K2O+Na2O 1〜10重量%、かつ、K2Oは0.5〜5重量%であり、
CaO 0.5〜3重量%をさらに含む
請求項1に記載のクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記ガラスの熱膨張係数は、
100℃〜400℃の温度範囲内で9.8〜10.5×10−6/℃である
請求項1に記載のクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。 - Li2O 10〜13重量%、SiO2 70〜75重量%、P2O5 2〜5重量%、Al2O3 1〜5重量%、ZrO2は2〜3重量%、K2O 0.5〜5重量%である
請求項1に記載のクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記700℃〜900℃で1分〜2時間の間熱処理の後、
800℃〜920℃で1分〜2時間の間2次熱処理で結晶成長するステップを含む
請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記700℃〜900℃で1分〜2時間の間熱処理によってガラス質を主成分にリチウムジシリケートが形成され、前記2次熱処理によってリチウムジシリケート結晶相を主成分にクリストバライト結晶が付加的に形成される
請求項5に記載のクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記無機接合剤(inorganic bond)の造成は、Li2Oが8〜12重量%、SiO2が50〜70重量%、Al2O3 0〜3重量%、CaO 0.5〜5重量%、Na2O 0.5〜3重量%、K2O 0.5〜3重量%が添加され、核形成剤のP2O5 0.5〜7重量%、着色剤(colorant)0.5〜1重量%、MgO、ZnO、F、La2O3の混合物0〜1.0重量%であり、熱膨張係数は9.5〜10.8×10−6/℃である
請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のクリストバライト結晶相を含有するリチウムジシリケート結晶化ガラスの製造方法。
