Claims (6)
- 窒化アルミニウム質セラミックスからなる第1基体と、窒化アルミニウム質セラミックスからなる第2基体と、前記第1基体および前記第2基体の間に位置する接合層と、を備え、
前記接合層は、アルミニウムと、カルシウムおよびマグネシウムの少なくともいずれかと、イットリウム、サマリウム、ネオジム、エルビウムおよびイッテルビウムの少なくともいずれかと、珪素と、酸素と、を含み、前記接合層を構成する全成分100質量%のうち、前記アルミニウムを酸化物換算で33質量%以上65質量%以下含有し、前記カルシウムおよび前記マグネシウムをそれぞれ酸化物換算した合計で27質量%以上60質量%以下含有し、前記希土類元素を酸化物換算で2質量%以上12質量%以下含有し、
前記接合層は、該接合層の表面における前記珪素の酸化物換算での含有量が前記接合層の内部よりも多いセラミック接合体。 - 前記接合層は、前記表面における前記珪素の酸化物換算での含有量が前記内部よりも3質量%以上多い請求項1に記載のセラミック接合体。
- 前記接合層における前記珪素の酸化物換算での含有量は、前記内部から前記表面にかけて漸増している請求項1または請求項2に記載のセラミック接合体。
- 前記接合層は、Y3Al5O12を含有している請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載のセラミック接合体。
- 前記接合層は、Al6Si2O13を含有している請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載のセラミック接合体。
- 前記接合層において、Y3Al5O12のミラー指数表示における(640)面のX線回折ピーク強度をA、Al6Si2O13のミラー指数表示における(210)面のX線回折ピーク強度をBとしたときの比B/Aは、前記内部よりも前記表面の方が大きい請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のセラミック接合体。
