- 造血器悪性腫瘍が、B細胞リンパ腫又はB細胞白血病である、請求項1に記載の剤。
- 造血器悪性腫瘍が、ホジキンリンパ腫、非ホジキンリンパ腫、慢性リンパ性白血病、急性リンパ球性癌、急性骨髄性白血病、B細胞慢性リンパ性白血病、有毛細胞白血病、急性リンパ性白血病(ALL)又はバーキットリンパ腫である、請求項1又は2に記載の剤。
- 抗原結合ドメインが、配列番号7を含むアミノ酸配列を含む軽鎖可変領域を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 抗原結合ドメインが、配列番号8を含むアミノ酸配列を含む重鎖可変領域を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 抗原結合ドメインが、配列番号9を含むアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 抗原結合ドメインが、配列番号11を含むリンカーを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- CARが、配列番号10を含むリーダー配列をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 膜貫通ドメインが、i)CD8の一部及び/又はii)CD28の一部を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 膜貫通ドメインが、配列番号12若しくは18を含むアミノ酸配列、及び/又は配列番号15を含むアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 細胞内T細胞シグナル伝達ドメインが、i)CD28の細胞内シグナル伝達部分、ii)CD137の細胞内シグナル伝達部分及びiii)CD3ζの細胞内シグナル伝達部分の1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 細胞内T細胞シグナル伝達ドメインが、配列番号16又は19を含むアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 細胞内T細胞シグナル伝達ドメインが、配列番号13又は20を含むアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 細胞内T細胞シグナル伝達ドメインが、配列番号14、17又は21を含むアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 細胞内T細胞シグナル伝達ドメインが、CD28の細胞内部分を含み、又はCD137の細胞内シグナル伝達部分を含み、かつ、CARが、CD28及びCD137の両方の細胞内シグナル伝達ドメインを含まない、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- CARが、1つより多くのT細胞共刺激分子に由来する細胞内シグナル伝達ドメインを含まない、請求項15に記載の剤。
- CARが、配列番号22〜24のいずれか1つを含むアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 細胞内シグナル伝達ドメインが、CD137の細胞内シグナル伝達部分及びCD3ζの細胞内シグナル伝達部分を含む、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の剤。
- 膜貫通部分が、CD8の一部を含む、請求項18に記載の剤。

- キメラ抗原受容体(CAR)をコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む核酸を含有してなる、造血器悪性腫瘍の治療又は予防剤であって、該核酸は、配列番号1を含むアミノ酸配列を含む重鎖のCDR1領域、配列番号2を含むアミノ酸配列を含む重鎖のCDR2領域、配列番号3を含むアミノ酸配列を含む重鎖のCDR3領域、配列番号4を含むアミノ酸配列を含む軽鎖のCDR1領域、配列番号5を含むアミノ酸配列を含む軽鎖のCDR2領域、及び配列番号6を含むアミノ酸配列を含む軽鎖のCDR3領域を含む抗原結合ドメイン、膜貫通ドメイン、並びに細胞内T細胞シグナル伝達ドメインを含むCARをコードする、剤。
- 造血器悪性腫瘍が、B細胞リンパ腫又はB細胞白血病である、請求項21に記載の剤。
- 造血器悪性腫瘍が、ホジキンリンパ腫、非ホジキンリンパ腫、慢性リンパ性白血病、急性リンパ球性癌、急性骨髄性白血病、B細胞慢性リンパ性白血病、有毛細胞白血病、急性リンパ性白血病(ALL)又はバーキットリンパ腫である、請求項21又は22に記載の剤。
