Claims (5)
- 流体機械のドライガスシールシステム(1)であって、前記流体機械のロータ側の構成部材(2)を、前記流体機械のステータ側の構成部材(3)に対してシールするための少なくとも一つのドライガスシール(4)と、前記流体機械から取り出されたプロセスガス(11)を浄化するための浄化装置とを備え、前記プロセスガス(11)は浄化の後、単独または個々のドライガスシール(4)に、浄化された封止用ガス(10)として供給可能であるドライガスシールシステムにおいて、
前記浄化装置(13)は、前記流体機械の前記ロータ側の構成部材(2)に組み込まれた遠心装置として実施され、前記遠心装置は、前記流体機械の軸(2)に組み込まれており、前記軸(2)は、前記プロセスガス(11)のための少なくとも一つの入口開口部(22)と、ドライガスシール(4)それぞれに対して前記封止用ガス(10)のための少なくとも一つの径方向の出口孔(23)を有していることを特徴とするドライガスシールシステム。 - 前記軸(2)は、不純物のための少なくとも一つの出口開口部(24)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のドライガスシールシステム。
- 封止用ガス(10)のための外部貯蔵装置を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のドライガスシールシステム。
- 少なくとも一つの加熱孔が、前記ステータ側の構成部材(3)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のドライガスシールシステム。
- ステータ(3)とロータ(2)とドライガスシールシステム(1)とを備える流体機械であって、前記ドライガスシールシステム(1)は、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の前記ドライガスシールシステムとされることを特徴とする流体機械。
