Claims (10)
- 原燃料ガスと水とが供給されて改質反応を行う、筒状の改質器本体を有し、
該改質器本体の内部に、水蒸気を発生させる気化部と、
該気化部で発生した水蒸気を原燃料ガスと反応させて改質ガスを生成する改質部と、を含み、
前記改質器本体は、内周面に凸部が設けられ、外周面に他の部位よりも表面粗さの粗い粗部が設けられており、前記凸部と前記粗部とが、前記改質器本体の同一部位においてそれぞれの反対側の面に設けられている改質器。 - 前記凸部および前記粗部が、前記気化部に設けられている請求項1に記載の改質器。
- 前記凸部および前記粗部は、前記改質器本体の中心軸線方向に延在している請求項1または2に記載の改質器。
- 前記凸部および前記粗部は、前記改質器本体の中心軸線方向から見たときに該中心軸線よりも上側に設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 前記改質部に改質触媒が充填されており、前記改質器本体内には、前記改質器本体の中心軸線に垂直な方向に伸びた1または複数の仕切壁を有し、前記凸部は前記内周面において、前記改質器本体の上端以外の位置に設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の改質器。
- 内部にガス流路を有する柱状の複数の燃料電池セルが、互いに電気的に接続されて、立設された状態で配列されてなるセルスタックと、
該セルスタックの上方に配置された請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の改質器と、
前記燃料電池セルの下端を固定するとともに前記燃料電池セルに前記改質ガスを供給するマニホールドと、
該マニホールドの端部に一方端が接続され、前記改質器に他方端が接続される改質ガス供給管と、を備えるセルスタック装置。 - 収納容器内に請求項6に記載のセルスタック装置を収納してなる燃料電池モジュール。
- 前記収納容器内で前記セルスタック装置の上方に設けられた流路壁を備え、
前記流路壁と前記収納容器の内面とによって、前記セルスタックに供給されるガスが流れる流路が規定され、
前記セルスタックと前記改質器本体との距離をD1とし、前記改質器本体と前記流路壁との距離をD2としたとき、D1>D2である請求項7に記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 前記気化部と前記改質部とは、前記改質器本体の中心軸線に沿って配置され、
前記改質器本体の、前記改質部が配置された側の端部と、前記セルスタックとの距離をD1Aとし、前記改質器本体の、前記気化部が配置された側の端部と、前記セルスタックとの距離をD1Bとしたとき、D1A>D1Bである請求項7または8に記載の燃料電池モジュール。 - 請求項7〜9のいずれか1つに記載の燃料電池モジュールと、該燃料電池モジュールを作動させるための補機と、前記燃料電池モジュールおよび前記補機を収容する外装ケースとを備える燃料電池装置。
