ABR ブタジエン−C1〜4−アルキルアクリレートコポリマー、
NIR アクリロニトリルイソプレンゴム
SIR スチレンイソプレンゴム
IR ポリイソプレン、
NR 天然ゴム
ENR エポキシ化天然ゴム、またはそれらの混合物
である。

R2は、水素、C1〜C12アルキル、シクロヘキシル、1−メチルシクロヘキシル、ベンジル、α−メチルベンジル、α,α−ジメチルベンジル、または−CH2−S−R1であり、
R3は、C1〜C12アルキル、ベンジル、α−メチルベンジル、α,α−ジメチルベンジル、または−CH2−S−R1であり、
R4は、水素またはメチルである)

(c)式III:
R4は、水素、直鎖または分岐状の飽和または1もしくは複数倍不飽和の非置換または置換アルキル;飽和または1もしくは複数倍不飽和のカルボシクリルまたはヘテロシクリル;アリール;ヘテロアリール、アリールアルキル、ヘテロアリールアルキル、アルコキシ、アリールオキシ、ヘテロアリールオキシ、アルキルチオ、またはアリールチオである)
のアルキルチオメチルフェノール酸化防止剤
である。
トリス(ノニルフェニル)ホスファイト;
トリス(2,4−ジ−t−ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト;
その他のアルキルアリールホスファイト、およびこれらの混合物
からなる群から選択される。
群(a)、(b)、(c)、および任意選択で(d)から選択される化合物の混合物を、60℃よりも高い温度に加熱して、溶融混合物を形成するステップ;
溶融混合物に界面活性剤を添加するステップ;
溶融混合物に温水を添加するステップ;
水性混合物を撹拌するステップ;および
任意選択で、1種または複数のさらなる成分を添加するステップ
を含む。
トリス(ノニルフェニル)ホスファイト;
(TNPP)、トリス;
トリス(2,4−ジ−t−ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト;
または商標名Weston 705(Addivant USA LLC)の下で販売されるホスファイト
からなる群から選択される1種または複数のホスファイトを含む。
(1)ゴムの重合および後処理を含み、後者が凝固および単離を含むものである、ゴムの調製中、

Claims (10)
- 有機ポリマー混合物用の安定剤であって、以下の化合物(a)、(b)および(c)を含み、(a):(b):(c)の重量比が、5〜30:5〜30:5〜30の範囲にある、安定剤。
(a)ポリ(ジシクロペンタジエン−co−p−クレゾール)(CAS 68610−51−5)、
(b)オクタデシル−3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート(CAS 2082−79−3)、
(c)2−メチル−4,6−ビス[オクチルチオメチル]−フェノール(CAS 110553−27−0) - (a):(b):(c)の重量比が、10:10:10である、請求項1に記載の安定剤。
- (a):(b):(c)の重量比が、20:10:20である、請求項1に記載の安定剤。
- 安定剤の水溶液または水性分散体を含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の安定剤。
- ホスファイト酸化防止剤をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の安定剤。
- ホスファイトが、
トリス(ノニルフェニル)ホスファイト、
トリス(2,4−ジ−t−ブチルフェニル)ホスファイト、
その他のアルキルアリールホスファイト、およびこれらの混合物
