Claims (6)
- プラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射に用いられる溶射材料の製造方法であって、
a)セラミックス粒子または金属粒子を常温硬化性を有する液状の樹脂中に分散させる工程と、
b)前記a)工程で得られた混合物が硬化した硬化物を粉砕して、前記セラミックス粒子または前記金属粒子よりも粒径が大きい粒子である溶射材料を得る工程と、
を備え、
前記a)工程が、
a1)前記液状の樹脂に前記セラミックス粒子または前記金属粒子を添加した中間物質を、予め定められた単位攪拌時間だけ攪拌する工程と、
a2)前記a1)工程の後に前記中間物質を冷却する工程と、
a3)前記中間物質の合計攪拌時間が必要攪拌時間以上となるまで、前記a1)工程および前記a2)工程を繰り返す工程と、
を備え、
レーザ回折・散乱法または動的光散乱法による前記セラミックス粒子または前記金属粒子のメジアン径である平均粒径が、25nm以上1000nm以下であり、
前記溶射材料の粒径が1μm以上であることを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の溶射材料の製造方法であって、
前記a2)工程において、前記中間物質を常温よりも低温の冷媒により冷却することを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載の溶射材料の製造方法であって、
前記a2)工程において、前記中間物質の温度が攪拌再開温度以下になるまで前記中間物質の冷却が行われることを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の溶射材料の製造方法であって、
前記a)工程よりも前に、主剤と硬化剤とを混合して攪拌することにより、前記液状の樹脂を生成する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする溶射材料の製造方法。 - 溶射方法であって、
d)請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の製造方法にて製造された溶射材料を準備する工程と、
e)前記溶射材料を用いてプラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射を行うことにより、加熱された前記セラミックス粒子または前記金属粒子を基材上にて結合させて被膜を形成する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする溶射方法。 - 請求項5に記載の溶射方法であって、
f)請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の製造方法にて製造され、前記セラミックス粒子または前記金属粒子とは異なる材料にて形成された他のセラミックス粒子または他の金属粒子を含む他の溶射材料を準備する工程と、
g)前記e)工程の後に、前記他の溶射材料を用いてプラズマ溶射、フレーム溶射またはレーザ溶射を行うことにより、前記e)工程にて形成された前記被膜上にて、前記他のセラミックス粒子または前記他の金属粒子を結合させて他の被膜を形成する工程と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする溶射方法。
