Claims (9)
- 内燃機関用の排気ガス後処理システム(2)であって、内燃機関(1)の下流に配置された、排気ガスから煤を濾過するための粒子フィルタ(4)と、前記粒子フィルタ(4)の上流かつ前記内燃機関(1)の下流に配置された、SO2をSO3へと酸化するための酸化触媒コンバータ(3)とを備え、前記SO3および/または凝結されたH2SO4が、前記粒子フィルタ(4)における煤の酸化のために、延いては前記粒子フィルタ(4)の再生のために作用し、前記粒子フィルタ(4)の上流かつ前記内燃機関(1)の下流に、NOをNO 2 へと酸化するための酸化触媒コンバータ(6)が配置され、前記NO 2 が、前記粒子フィルタにおける煤の酸化のために、延いては前記粒子フィルタ(4)の再生のために作用し、NOをNO 2 へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータ(6)が、SO 2 をSO 3 へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)に並列に接続される排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)が、バナジウムおよび/またはナトリウムおよび/または鉄および/またはセリウムおよび/またはセシウムおよび/またはこれらの元素の酸化物を、SO2をSO3へと酸化するための活性成分として含み、前記酸化触媒コンバータが、酸化チタンおよび/または酸化ケイ素を、酸化タングステンによって優先的に安定化された基材として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)が、活性成分として、全体に対して5%超の質量比でバナジウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)の下流における前記粒子フィルタ(4)の領域において、SO3と煤との間の質量比が、少なくとも7:1となることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 排気ガス過給内燃機関において、前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)が、排気ガスターボ過給機のタービン(5)の上流に位置付けられ、前記粒子フィルタ(4)が前記タービン(5)の下流に位置付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- NOをNO2へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータ(6)、および/または、SO2をSO3へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータが、遮断弁(7)によって排気ガス流から遮断できることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システム。
- 内燃機関を出て行く排気ガスの排気ガス後処理のための方法であって、前記排気ガスが、SO2をSO3へと酸化するための酸化触媒コンバータ(3)を介して最初に導かれ、これに続いて、前記排気ガスから煤を濾過するための粒子フィルタ(4)を介して導かれ、前記酸化触媒コンバータで形成されたSO3、および/または、凝結されたH2SO4が、前記粒子フィルタ(4)における煤の酸化のために、延いては前記粒子フィルタ(4)の再生のために作用し、前記内燃機関を比較的高い硫黄分を含む燃料で運転する間、排気ガス流が、SO 2 をSO 3 へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)を介して導かれ、NOをNO 2 へと酸化するための酸化触媒コンバータ(6)が、遮断弁によって排気ガス流から遮断され、一方、前記内燃機関を比較的低い硫黄分を含む燃料で運転する間、排気ガス流が、NOをNO 2 へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータ(6)を介して導かれ、SO 2 をSO 3 へと酸化するための前記酸化触媒コンバータ(3)が、排気ガス流から遮断される排気ガス後処理のための方法。
- 前記比較的低い硫黄分を含む前記燃料の前記硫黄分が1,000ppmを超えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の排気ガス後処理のための方法。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガス後処理システムを用いて同様に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の排気ガス後処理のための方法。
