Claims (11)
- 二酸化炭素及びメタンを含む炭化水素ガス留分を精製するための非晶質吸着剤組成物であって、加水分解され、部分崩壊したLinde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライトを有し、および0.33nm〜0.38nmの気孔開度サイズを特徴とする複数の気孔を特徴とし、3.8〜40の範囲の二酸化炭素/メタン平衡選択係数を特徴とし、
前記Linde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライトが、0.60〜0.77の範囲のNa/Al比を有し、
Si/Al比が、1.01〜1.03の範囲である、非晶質吸着剤組成物。 - 前記Linde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライトが、脱イオン水を使って加水分解される、請求項1に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- 前記脱イオン水が、液体、飽和水蒸気および過熱水蒸気からなる群から選択される相として存在する、請求項2に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- 前記Linde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライトが、加水分解の前に、脱カチオン化およびか焼される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- 前記Linde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライトが、473K〜773Kの温度でか焼される、請求項4に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- 273K〜323Kの範囲の温度で使用可能である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- 1バール〜8バールの範囲の圧力で使用可能である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- ナトリウム、アンモニウムおよびこれらの組合せから選択される1種または複数のカチオンをさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物。
- 二酸化炭素及びメタンを含む炭化水素ガス留分を精製できる非晶質吸着材料を合成する方法であって、少なくとも1種の交換可能カチオンを含む化合物とナトリウムLinde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライト化合物との間で、カチオン交換を促進するのに好適な温度および圧力条件下で、少なくとも1種の交換可能カチオンを含む少なくとも化学量論量の化合物を、化学量論量のナトリウムLinde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライト化合物と混合するステップと;
前記交換可能カチオンを含む前記ナトリウムLinde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライト化合物を単離するステップと;
前記ナトリウムLinde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライト化合物が部分的な構造崩壊を受けて、前記交換可能カチオンが除去され、か焼非晶質吸着剤前駆体が形成されるような条件下で、前記交換可能カチオンを含むナトリウムLinde A型アルミノシリケートゼオライト化合物をか焼するステップと;
0.33nm〜0.38nmの気孔開度サイズを特徴とする複数の気孔を形成するために適する条件下で、前記か焼非晶質吸着剤前駆体を加水分解するステップと、を特徴とし、
前記か焼ステップが、473K〜773Kの範囲の温度で実施され、
前記か焼ステップが、1バール〜8バールの範囲の圧力で実施される、方法。 - 少なくとも1種の交換可能カチオンを含む前記化合物が、硝酸アンモニウムである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 天然ガス留分を精製する方法であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の非晶質吸着剤組成物を含む容器中に天然ガス留分を導入するステップであって、前記導入された天然ガスが不燃性ガスを含む品質改善されていない天然ガスであり、前記非晶質吸着剤組成物が3.8〜40の範囲の二酸化炭素/メタン平衡選択係数を特徴とするステップと;前記天然ガス留分を前記非晶質吸着剤組成物と接触させるステップと;前記非晶質吸着剤組成物を含む前記容器中の天然ガス留分を、前記天然ガス留分中の前記不燃性ガスの濃度が減らされるよう、十分な時間維持するステップと、を特徴とする方法。
