Claims (7)
- アームと、片端部が該アームの先端側に回動自在に連結された第1のリンクと、片端部が該第1のリンクの他端部に回動自在に連結された第2のリンクと、該第2のリンクの他端部に回動自在に連結されると共に、該第1のリンクの片端部よりも更に該アームの先端側において該アームに回動自在に連結された作業具とを具備し、該第1のリンクは該アームの幅方向片側壁よりも幅方向外方に位置する建設機械の作業腕装置において、
該第1のリンクの内面と該アームの該片側壁の外面との間には、該アームに対する該第1のリンクの回動角度を検出するための角度検出手段が配設されており、
該角度検出手段は、該第1のリンクの内面と該アームの該片側壁の外面との一方に装着された磁石、及び該第1のリンクの内面と該アームの該片側壁の外面との他方に装着された磁気検出器から構成されており、
該アームには幅方向に延び且つ該片側壁から突出する円筒状のリンク連結ボスが配設され、該リンク連結ボスには円柱状のリンク連結ピンが回動自在に挿通されていて、該リンク連結ピンに該第1のリンクの片端部が固定されており、
該磁気検出器は該リンク連結ボスの外周面に沿って円弧状に延びる円弧状検出部を有し、該磁石は該リンク連結ボスの外周面と該円弧状検出部との間に位置する、ことを特徴とする建設機械の作業腕装置。 - 該磁石は該第1のリンクの内面に固定されており、該磁気検出器はカバー部材に固定されていて該カバー部材が該アームの該片側壁の外面に装着されている、請求項1記載の建設機械の作業腕装置。
- 該カバー部材は該アームの該片側壁の外面と幅方向に間隔をおいて配置されたカバー板から構成され、該磁気検出器は該カバー板の内面に固定されている、請求項2記載の建設機械の作業腕装置。
- 該カバー板には貫通開口が形成されていて、該貫通開口の内周縁は該磁気検出器の該円弧状検出部に沿って円弧状に延びる円弧状内周縁を有し、
該磁気検出器が該カバー板の内面に固定された状態において該磁気検出器の該円弧状検出部は該円弧状内周縁を越えて該貫通開口内へ突出している、請求項3記載の建設機械の作業腕装置。 - 該カバー板には外周縁から幅方向内方に突出して外周縁に沿って延びるリブが配設されている、請求項3又は4記載の建設機械の作業腕装置。
- 該第1のリンクの内面には幅方向内方に突出する一対の突出片が配設されており、該リンク連結ピンの周方向にみて該磁石は該一対の突出片間に位置する、請求項2から5までいずれかに記載の建設機械の作業腕装置。
- 該第1のリンクの内面には幅方向内方に突出する環状突条が配設され、該環状突条の径方向中心は該リンク連結ピンの中心軸線上に位置付けられており、
該磁石は該環状突条内に埋設されている、請求項2から5までいずれかに記載の建設機械の作業腕装置。
