Abstract

본 발명은 산업용 작업기기의 회전체변위 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 회전체의 회전변위를 정확하게 측정하기 위하여 회전수단을 지지하는 지지수단에 장착되고 삽입홈이 형성된 하우징과, 상기 지지수단에 장착된 하우징에 대응되도록 상기 회전수단에 높이변화를 갖도록 형성된 요홈과, 상기 하우징에 형성된 삽입홈에 체결되어 상기 회전수단에 가공된 요홈의 깊이변화를 센싱하여 회전수단의 회전변위 데이타를 출력하는 센싱수단, 및 상기 센싱수단으로부터 출력된 데이타를 이용하여 회전체의 회전변위를 계산하여 계산된 결과를 출력하는 계산수단을 구비하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 붐과 암 및 버킷등 회전수단을 구비하는 산업용 작업기기의 회전체변위 측정장치에 있어서; 회전수단을 지지하는 지지수단의 좌우양측에 장착되고, 삽입홈이 형성된 복수개의 하우징; 상기 지지수단에 장착된 복수개의 하우징에 대응되도록 상기 회전 수단에 높이변화를 갖도록 형성된 복수개의 요홈 ; 상기 복수개의 하우징에 형성된 삽입홈에 체결되어 상기 회전수단에 가공된 요홈의 깊이변화를 센싱하여 회전수단의 회전변위 데이타를 출력하는 복수개의 센싱수단; 및 상기 복수개의 센싱수단으로부터 출력된 데이타를 이용하여 회전체의 회전변위를 계산하여 계산된 결과를 출력하는 계산수단을 구비하는 산업용 작업기기의 회전체변위 측정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센싱수단은 상기 회전수단에 형성된 요홈의 깊이변화에 대응하여 전류값을 출력하는 아날로그 인덕티브센서로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 산업용 작업기기의 회전체변위 측정장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센싱수단의 후단에, 상기 센싱수단으로부터 출력된 아날로그형태의 전류값을 아날로그 형태의 전압값으로 변환하는 전류/전압 변환수단; 상기 전류/전압 변환수단에 의해 변환된 아날로그형태의 전압값을 디지탈형태의 전압값으로 변환하여 계산수단으로 출력하는 아날로그/디지탈 변환수단을 더 구비하는 산업용 작업기기의 회전체변위 측정장치.
