Description

ガラス繊維内に光を入射させるための発光手段と、を含む複層ガラス装置である。
(a)外側ガラスと内側ガラスとの間に熱可塑性の中間層を配置するステップであって、この場合、中間層はガラスの側縁に対して後退カット部を有しているステップと、
(b)ラミネーションにより、中間層を介して外側ガラスを内側ガラスに接合するステップと、
(c)後退カット部の領域に光拡散性のガラス繊維を接着手段によって接着するステップと、を有している。
(a)外側ガラスと内側ガラスとの間に熱可塑性の中間層を配置するステップと、
(b)ラミネーションにより、中間層を介して外側ガラスを内側ガラスに接合するステップと、
(c)外側ガラスと内側ガラスとの間の熱可塑性の中間層を切断工具によって少なくとも部分的に後退するようにカットするステップと、
(d)後退カット部の領域に光拡散性のガラス繊維を接着手段によって接着するステップと、を有している。

Claims (15)
- 複層ガラス(10)、特に車両のサイドウィンドウ用の貼り合わされたサイドウィンドウガラスであって、少なくとも、
外側ガラス(1)と内側ガラス(2)とを有しており、これら外側ガラスと内側ガラスとは中間層(3)を介して互いに接合されており、前記中間層(3)は少なくとも所定の区分で、ガラス縁部(6)に対する後退カット部(7)を有しており、
少なくとも1つの光拡散性のガラス繊維(4)を有しており、前記光拡散性のガラス繊維(4)は少なくとも部分的に、前記外側ガラス(1)と前記内側ガラス(2)との間の前記後退カット部(7)の領域に配置されていて、前記光拡散性のガラス繊維(4)は前記後退カット部(7)内にのみ収容されている、複層ガラス(10)。 - 前記後退カット部(7)の幅rは0.1μm〜2mmであり、好適には0.1mm〜1mmである、請求項1記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 前記後退カット部(7)の前記幅rは、前記ガラス繊維(4)の直径dの10%〜400%であり、好適には直径dの50%〜200%であり、特に好適には直径dの70%〜150%である、請求項1または2記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 前記ガラス繊維(4)は接着手段(5)によって前記後退カット部(7)の領域内に接着されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 前記接着手段(5)は接着剤であって、好適には、アクリレート系接着剤、メチルメタクリレート系接着剤、シアノアクリレート系接着剤、ポリエポキシド、シリコン接着剤、および/またはシラン架橋結合ポリマ接着剤、およびこれらの混合物、および/またはコポリマを含む、請求項4記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 前記ガラス繊維(4)はクランプによって前記後退カット部(7)の領域内に固定されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 前記複層ガラス(10)は、前記複層ガラス(10)を電気的に加熱するための少なくとも1つの加熱手段を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 前記加熱手段は少なくとも1つの導電ワイヤ、および/または電気的に加熱可能な透明の少なくとも1つの導電層を含む、請求項7記載の複層ガラス(10)。
- 複層ガラス装置(100)であって、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(10)と、
ガラス繊維(4)内に光を入射させるための発光手段(20)と、を有している、複層ガラス装置(100)。 - 前記発光手段(20)は、少なくとも1つのレーザーダイオードまたは少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを含む、請求項9記載の複層ガラス装置(100)。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(10)を製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)外側ガラス(1)と内側ガラス(2)との間に熱可塑性の中間層(3)を配置するステップと、
(b)ラミネーションにより、前記中間層(3)を介して前記外側ガラス(1)を前記内側ガラス(2)に接合するステップと、
(c)前記外側ガラス(1)と前記内側ガラス(2)との間の前記熱可塑性の中間層(3)を切断工具によって少なくとも部分的に後退するようにカットするステップと、
(d)前記後退カット部(7)の領域に少なくとも1つの光拡散性のガラス繊維(4)を接着手段(5)によって接着するステップと、
を有している、複層ガラス(10)を製造する方法。 - 前記切断工具は、ナイフの刃またはV字形の刃である、請求項11記載の方法。
- 陸上移動手段、空中移動手段、または水上移動手段、特に列車、船舶、自動車における例えばフロントガラス、リヤガラス、サイドウィンドウガラス、および/またはルーフガラスとしての、または建造物、特に入口領域、窓領域、屋根領域、またはファサード領域における、または家具および器具への嵌め込み部としての、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の複層ガラス(10)の、または請求項9または10記載の複層ガラス装置(100)の、使用。
- 複層ガラス(10)、好適には開閉するサイドウィンドウの電気的機能、好適には加熱機能および/または移動の識別のための、請求項9または10記載の複層ガラス装置(100)における発光手段(20)の使用。
- 好適には、開放される車両ドアにおける少なくとも部分的にフレームレスのサイドウィンドウガラスにおける、警告機能としての、請求項9または10の複層ガラス装置(100)における発光手段(20)の使用。
