前記トレッドリングは、接地面を有するトレッドゴム層と、前記トレッドゴム層の最も近くに設けられた第1の補強コード層と、前記第1の補強コード層の半径方向内側に設けられた第2の補強コード層と、前記第1、第2の補強コード層間に設けられた剪断ゴム層とを含むとともに、
前記第1の補強コード層のタイヤ周方向の引張り弾性率Eb1と前記剪断ゴム層の剪断弾性率Eeとの比Eb1/Ee、及び前記第2の補強コード層のタイヤ周方向の引張り弾性率Eb2と剪断ゴム層の剪断弾性率Eeとの比Eb2/Eeは、それぞれ100以上であり、
しかも前記第1、第2の補強コード層の各トッピングゴムは、損失正接tanδbが0.03〜0.10の範囲、かつ引張り弾性率E*bが4〜20MPaであることを特徴としている。
図1に示されるように、本実施形態のエアレスタイヤ1は、接地面2Sを有する円筒状のトレッドリング2と、トレッドリング2の半径方向内側に配されかつ車軸に固定されるハブ3と、トレッドリング2とハブ3とを連結するスポーク4を具える。本例では、前記エアレスタイヤ1が乗用車用タイヤとして形成される場合が示される。

<剪断ゴム層>

(1)実施例16では、表1を基本組成としたゴム組成物Aが用いられ、α,β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩の含有量により、剪断弾性率Eeが調整された。
(2)実施例16以外の比較例及び実施例では、ジエン系ゴムを用いた硫黄加硫のゴム組成物Bが用いられ、カーボンブラック及び硫黄の含有量により、剪断弾性率Eeが調整された。
(3)全ての比較例及び実施例において、ジエン系ゴムを用いた硫黄加硫のゴム組成物Cが用いられ、カーボンブラック及び硫黄の含有量により、損失正接tanδb及び引張り弾性率E*bが調整された。
転がり抵抗試験機を用い、速度40km/h、荷重1.17kNの条件にて測定した転がり抵抗計数(転がり抵抗/荷重×104)を表示した。数値の小さい方が良好である。
試供タイヤを、車両(小型EV:商品名COMS)の4輪に装着し、1名乗車にてドライアスファルト路面のタイヤテストコースを走行し、操縦安定性についてドライバーの官能評価により10点法にて表示した。数値の大きい方が良好である。

Claims (9)
- 接地面を有する円筒状のトレッドリングと、前記トレッドリングの半径方向内側に配されかつ車軸に固定されるハブと、前記トレッドリングと前記ハブとを連結するスポークとを具えたエアレスタイヤであって、
前記トレッドリングは、接地面を有するトレッドゴム層と、前記トレッドゴム層の最も近くに設けられ、かつ2枚のコードプライから形成された第1の補強コード層と、前記第1の補強コード層の半径方向内側に設けられ、かつ1枚のコードプライから形成された第2の補強コード層と、前記第1、第2の補強コード層間に設けられた剪断ゴム層とを含むとともに、
前記第1の補強コード層の前記2枚のコードプライは、それぞれ、補強コードをタイヤ周方向に対して5〜35°の角度で配列させたコード配列体を具え、
前記第2の補強コード層の前記1枚のコードプライは、補強コードをタイヤ周方向に対して5°未満の角度で配列させたコード配列体を具え、
前記第1の補強コード層のタイヤ周方向の引張り弾性率Eb1と前記剪断ゴム層の剪断弾性率Eeとの比Eb1/Ee、及び前記第2の補強コード層のタイヤ周方向の引張り弾性率Eb2と剪断ゴム層の剪断弾性率Eeとの比Eb2/Eeは、それぞれ100以上であり、
しかも前記第1、第2の補強コード層の各トッピングゴムは、損失正接tanδbが0.03〜0.10の範囲、かつ引張り弾性率E*bが4〜20MPaであることを特徴とするエアレスタイヤ。 - 前記剪断弾性率Eeは、20MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記引張り弾性率E*bは、8MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記引張り弾性率E*bは、12MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記トッピングゴムは、硫黄を加硫剤とした硫黄加硫のゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記剪断ゴム層のタイヤ軸方向の巾Weは、前記トレッドリングのタイヤ軸方向の巾Wrの0.6〜0.99倍、かつ前記第1、第2の補強コード層のタイヤ軸方向の各巾Wb1、Wb2は、前記巾Wrの0.6〜0.99倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1、第2の補強コード層は、それぞれトッピングゴムの被覆厚さTbが0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記剪断ゴム層は、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部含有し、かつ過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1の補強コード層のタイヤ周方向の引張り弾性率Eb 1 と前記第2の補強コード層のタイヤ周方向の引張り弾性率Eb 2 との比Eb 1 /Eb 2 は、0.8〜1.2の範囲である請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
