Description
前記トレッドリングは、前記接地面を有するトレッドゴム層と、前記トレッドゴム層の半径方向内側に設けられた第1の補強コード層と、前記第1の補強コード層の半径方向内側に設けられた第2の補強コード層と、前記第1の補強コード層と前記第2の補強コード層との間に設けられた剪断ゴム層とを含み、
前記第1の補強コード層は、第1補強コードをタイヤ周方向に対して5〜35°の角度で配列させた2層の配列体と、この2層の配列体を被覆する第1トッピングゴム部とを有し、
前記第2の補強コード層は、第2補強コードをタイヤ周方向に対して5°未満の角度で配列させた1層の配列体と、この1層の配列体を被覆する第2トッピングゴム部とを有し、
前記第1トッピングゴム部及び前記第2トッピングゴム部の少なくとも一方は、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部、及び、過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物からなりかつ前記剪断ゴム層と隣接するゴム部分を有することを特徴としている。
図1に示されるように、本実施形態のエアレスタイヤ1は、接地面2Sを有する円筒状のトレッドリング2と、トレッドリング2の半径方向内側に配されかつ車軸に固定されるハブ3と、トレッドリング2とハブ3とを連結するスポーク4を具える。本例では、前記エアレスタイヤ1が乗用車用タイヤとして形成される場合が示される。

<剪断ゴム層>
・厚さ:4mm
転がり抵抗試験機を用い、速度40km/h、荷重1.17kNの条件にて測定した転がり抵抗計数(転がり抵抗/荷重×104)を表示した。数値の小さい方が良好である。
試供タイヤを、車両(小型EV:商品名COMS)の4輪に装着し、1名乗車にてドライアスファルト路面のタイヤテストコースを走行し、乗り心地性能についてドライバーの官能評価により、比較例1を100とする指数で表示した。数値の大きい方が良好である。
ドラム試験機を用い、速度100km/h、荷重1.5kNの条件にて走行し、トレッドリングに損傷が生じるまでの走行距離を、比較例1を100とする指数で表示した。数値の大きい方が良好である。

Claims (9)
- 接地面を有する円筒状のトレッドリングと、前記トレッドリングの半径方向内側に配されかつ車軸に固定されるハブと、前記トレッドリングと前記ハブとを連結するスポークとを具えたエアレスタイヤであって、
前記トレッドリングは、前記接地面を有するトレッドゴム層と、前記トレッドゴム層の半径方向内側に設けられた第1の補強コード層と、前記第1の補強コード層の半径方向内側に設けられた第2の補強コード層と、前記第1の補強コード層と前記第2の補強コード層との間に設けられた剪断ゴム層とを含み、
前記第1の補強コード層は、第1補強コードをタイヤ周方向に対して5〜35°の角度で配列させた2層の配列体と、この2層の配列体を被覆する第1トッピングゴム部とを有し、
前記第2の補強コード層は、第2補強コードをタイヤ周方向に対して5°未満の角度で配列させた1層の配列体と、この1層の配列体を被覆する第2トッピングゴム部とを有し、
前記第1トッピングゴム部及び前記第2トッピングゴム部の少なくとも一方は、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部、及び、過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物からなりかつ前記剪断ゴム層と隣接するゴム部分を有することを特徴とするエアレスタイヤ。 - 前記第1トッピングゴム部及び前記第2トッピングゴム部は、それぞれ、前記ゴム部分を具える請求項1記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1トッピングゴム部及び前記第2トッピングゴム部の少なくとも一方は、前記ゴム部分のみで形成されている請求項2記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1トッピングゴム部及び前記第2トッピングゴム部は、それぞれ、前記ゴム部分のみで形成されている請求項3記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1トッピングゴム部は、前記第1補強コードの外面から半径方向外側にはみ出す被覆厚さToが2.0mm以下である請求項4記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第2トッピングゴム部は、前記第2補強コードの外面から半径方向内側にはみ出す被覆厚さTiが2.0mm以下である請求項4又は5記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記剪断ゴム層は、ブタジエンゴムの含有率が10〜100質量%であるゴム成分100質量部に対して、α、β−不飽和カルボン酸金属塩を10〜80重量部、及び、過酸化物を含有するゴム組成物からなる請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム部分は、前記剪断ゴム層と同一のゴム組成物からなる請求項7記載のエアレスタイヤ。
- 前記第1補強コードの配列体及び第2補強コードの配列体において、コード長さ方向と直角な幅方向断面において、幅5cmに含まれる補強コードの断面積の総和が2〜100mm2である請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載のエアレスタイヤ。
