まず、実施形態における導体モジュールについて説明する。図1は、実施形態1における導体モジュールの斜視図である。図2は、実施形態における導体モジュールの斜視図である。図3は、実施形態における導体モジュールの分解斜視図である。図4は、実施形態における導体モジュールの断面図である。図5は、実施形態における導体モジュールの断面図である。なお、図4は図1のA−A断面図であり、図5は図1のB−B断面図である。ここで、各図のX方向は、本実施形態における電極端子および接続導体の配列方向である。Y方向は、本実施形態における導体モジュールの幅方向であり、配列方向と直交する方向である。Z方向は、導体モジュールの上下方向であり、配列方向および幅方向と直交する方向である。

Claims (2)
- 接続対象に電気的に接続される少なくとも1以上の接続導体と、
少なくとも1以上の前記接続導体が固定される固定体と、
前記固定体に対して少なくとも1以上の前記接続導体をそれぞれ固定する固定部材と、
を備え、
前記固定体は、固定体第一面と前記固定体第一面と対向する固定体第二面とを貫通する2以上の固定穴を有し、
前記固定部材は、
前記固定体第一面と対向し、かつ前記固定体第一面との間で前記接続導体の一部を挟む対向面を有する本体部と、
前記対向面から突出するとともに、各前記固定穴にそれぞれ対応し、かつ間に前記接続導体の一部が介在する固定脚部と、
を有し、
前記固定脚部は、
外力により塑性変形可能であり、各前記固定穴に対して前記固定体第一面側から挿入されて前記固定体第二面側から突出し、かつ前記固定部材によって前記接続導体を前記固定体に対して固定する固定状態において、前記固定穴の軸方向から見た場合に、先端部が前記固定穴よりも半径方向外側に位置し、
前記接続導体は、導体第一面と前記導体第一面と対向する導体第二面とを貫通し、各前記固定穴にそれぞれ対応する貫通穴が形成されている接続導体を少なくとも1以上有し、
各前記固定脚部は、前記固定状態において、前記貫通穴および前記固定穴に挿入され、
前記接続導体は、
第一接続導体と、
前記第一接続導体とは異なる第二接続導体と、
を含み、
前記第二接続導体は、前記第一接続導体を固定する前記固定部材によって、前記第一接続導体と同一の固定体に固定され、
前記本体部は、前記本体部の長手方向における中央部が前記固定穴の軸方向において前記第二接続導体の前記導体第一面と反対側に突出して形成されており、前記対向面のうち、前記固定穴の軸方向において前記第二接続導体の前記導体第一面と反対側に突出している部分と前記固定穴の軸方向において対向する部分が前記第二接続導体の前記導体第一面と離間して形成されている、
ことを特徴とする導体モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の導体モジュールにおいて、
前記接続対象は、電池セルであり、
前記第二接続導体と、前記第二接続導体が電気的に接続されている前記電池セルの状態を検出する状態検出装置と、を電気的に接続する検出導体を有する状態検出体を備える、
導体モジュール。
