Description
本開示の別の態様に係る過給機は、回転軸の両端に設けられたタービンおよびコンプレッサを備えた過給機であって、タービンと、コンプレッサと、回転軸を収容するハウジングと、ハウジングに対して回転軸を支持するための軸受構造と、を備え、軸受構造が、回転軸のタービン側に設けられた油潤滑式の第1ラジアル軸受と、回転軸のコンプレッサ側に設けられた空気軸受である第2ラジアル軸受と、第1ラジアル軸受とタービンとの間において回転軸の周囲に設けられたガスシール部と、回転軸のコンプレッサ側に設けられた空気軸受であるスラスト軸受と、を備え、タービン側の圧力よりもコンプレッサ側の圧力の方が高くなるように構成されている。

Claims (5)
- 回転軸の両端に設けられたタービンおよびコンプレッサを備えた過給機であって、
前記タービンと、
前記コンプレッサと、
前記回転軸を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して前記回転軸を支持するための軸受構造と、を備え、
前記軸受構造が、
前記回転軸の前記タービン側に設けられた油潤滑式の第1ラジアル軸受と、
前記回転軸の前記コンプレッサ側に設けられた空気軸受である第2ラジアル軸受と、
前記第1ラジアル軸受と前記タービンとの間において前記回転軸の周囲に設けられたガスシール部と、を備え、
前記回転軸の前記タービン側には、前記タービン側から前記コンプレッサ側への油の移動を抑制する油移動防止機構が設けられており、
前記タービン側の圧力よりも前記コンプレッサ側の圧力の方が高くなるように構成されている、過給機。 - 前記軸受構造が、前記回転軸の前記コンプレッサ側に設けられた空気軸受であるスラスト軸受を備える、請求項1に記載の過給機。
- 前記油移動防止機構は、前記回転軸のうち前記第1ラジアル軸受が設けられた部分よりも径方向に突出し前記第1ラジアル軸受に対面する段部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の過給機。
- 前記油移動防止機構は、前記回転軸のうち前記第1ラジアル軸受が設けられた部分よりも径方向に突出し前記第1ラジアル軸受に対面するつば部を含む、請求項1または2に記載の過給機。
- 回転軸の両端に設けられたタービンおよびコンプレッサを備えた過給機であって、
前記タービンと、
前記コンプレッサと、
前記回転軸を収容するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに対して前記回転軸を支持するための軸受構造と、を備え、
前記軸受構造が、
前記回転軸の前記タービン側に設けられた油潤滑式の第1ラジアル軸受と、
前記回転軸の前記コンプレッサ側に設けられた空気軸受である第2ラジアル軸受と、
前記第1ラジアル軸受と前記タービンとの間において前記回転軸の周囲に設けられたガスシール部と、
前記回転軸の前記コンプレッサ側に設けられた空気軸受であるスラスト軸受と、を備え、
前記タービン側の圧力よりも前記コンプレッサ側の圧力の方が高くなるように構成されている、過給機。
