以下、本発明の実施形態について、添付図面を参照して説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係る膨張タービンについて説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態と同様に構成される部分については図中同一符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係る膨張タービンについて説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態及び第2実施形態と同様に構成される部分については図中同一符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態に係る膨張タービンについて説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態ないし第3実施形態と同様に構成される部分については図中同一符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
なお、本発明は、羽根車とカバーとの間の隙間に向けてシールガスを供給し、羽根車とカバーとの間の隙間から他端側に漏れるプロセスガスを羽根車側に押し返すシールガスが供給される形式の膨張タービンに追加して適用されてもよい。羽根車とカバーとの間の隙間に接続されたシールガス室にシールガスが供給される形式の膨張タービンであっても、プロセスガスの流量が急激に変動する場合に、シールガスの供給がプロセスガスの流量の急激な変化に対応できない可能性がある。そのような場合に対応するために、シールガスが供給される形式の膨張タービンに、ロータ部材とケーシング部材との間の領域に加温ガスが供給される構成が追加されてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 回転軸と、前記回転軸の一端側に取り付けられ、前記回転軸が回転したときにプロセスガスを取り込みながら膨張させる第1の羽根車とを有するロータ部材と、
前記ロータ部材を回転可能に収容するケーシング部材とを備え、
前記ケーシング部材は、
前記回転軸を支持する軸受部と、
前記回転軸と前記軸受部との間の第1の領域にガスを供給する第1のガス供給路と、
前記第1の領域に供給されたガスが前記第1の領域から排出されるガス排出路と、
前記第1のガス供給路あるいは前記ガス排出路のいずれか一方に接続され、前記ロータ部材と前記ケーシング部材との間に位置する第2の領域にガスを供給する第2のガス供給路とを有し、
前記軸受部が複数形成され、複数の前記軸受部のそれぞれに対応して、前記第1の領域及び前記ガス排出路が形成され、少なくとも1つの前記ガス排出路が前記第2の領域に接続されていることを特徴とする膨張タービン。 - 回転軸と、前記回転軸の一端側に取り付けられ、前記回転軸が回転したときにプロセスガスを取り込みながら膨張させる第1の羽根車とを有するロータ部材と、
前記ロータ部材を回転可能に収容するケーシング部材とを備え、
前記ケーシング部材は、
前記回転軸を支持する軸受部と、
前記回転軸と前記軸受部との間の第1の領域にガスを供給する第1のガス供給路と、
前記第1の領域に供給されたガスが前記第1の領域から排出されるガス排出路と、
前記第1のガス供給路あるいは前記ガス排出路のいずれか一方に接続され、前記ロータ部材と前記ケーシング部材との間に位置する第2の領域にガスを供給する第2のガス供給路とを有し、
前記軸受部は、前記回転軸を軸方向に支持するスラスト軸受部を有し、
前記第1のガス供給路は、前記回転軸と、前記スラスト軸受部との間の第4の領域にのみガスを供給するガスの流路であり、
前記ガス排出路は、前記第4の領域からのみ排出されるガスの流路であることを特徴とする膨張タービン。 - 前記第2の領域には、前記第1の羽根車によって膨張の行われたプロセスガスの温度よりも高い温度のガスが供給されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の膨張タービン。
- 前記ケーシング部材は、少なくとも前記第1の羽根車の背面部を覆うカバーを有し、
前記カバーには、前記回転軸を回転可能に挿通させる挿通部が形成され、
前記第2の領域は、前記回転軸と前記挿通部との間の第3の領域と連通した領域であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の膨張タービン。 - 前記挿通部には、前記第1の羽根車によって取り込まれたプロセスガスの、前記回転軸に沿う前記挿通部よりも前記一端側とは逆側の他端側への漏れに対してシールするシール部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の膨張タービン。
