Description
本発明の第1態様に係るターボ圧縮機は、最高圧力0.2MPaG未満で使用される低圧冷媒を圧縮するものであって、回転軸と、前記回転軸の中間部に同軸的に設けられて前記回転軸を回転駆動する電動機と、前記回転軸の一端に固定されて圧縮部を構成するインペラと、前記電動機と前記インペラとの間で前記回転軸を軸支する第1の軸受と、前記回転軸の他端を軸支する第2の軸受と、を備え、前記第1の軸受が転がり軸受であり、前記第2の軸受が滑り軸受であり、前記転がり軸受は前記回転軸の軸方向の移動を許容しないことを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るターボ冷凍装置の全体図である。このターボ冷凍装置1は、冷媒を圧縮するターボ圧縮機2と、凝縮器3と、高圧膨張弁4と、中間冷却器5と、低圧膨張弁6と、蒸発器7と、潤滑油タンク8と、回路箱9と、インバータユニット10と、操作盤11等を備えてユニット状に構成されている。潤滑油タンク8は、ターボ圧縮機2の軸受や増速器等に供給する潤滑油を貯留するタンクである。
ターボ圧縮機2は、その外殻を形成する段付き円筒状のケーシング21と、電動機13と、圧縮部23と、回転軸25と、転がり軸受27(第1の軸受)と、滑り軸受28(第2の軸受)と、冷媒供給部30とを具備して構成されている。ケーシング21の内部は隔壁21aによって電動機室21Aと圧縮室21Bとに区画されており、電動機室21Aに電動機13が収容され、圧縮室21Bに圧縮部23が収容されている。

Claims (4)
- 最高圧力0.2MPaG未満で使用される低圧冷媒を圧縮するターボ圧縮機であって、
回転軸と、
前記回転軸の中間部に同軸的に設けられて前記回転軸を回転駆動する電動機と、
前記回転軸の一端に固定されて圧縮部を構成するインペラと、
前記電動機と前記インペラとの間で前記回転軸を軸支する第1の軸受と、
前記回転軸の他端を軸支する第2の軸受と、を備え、
前記第1の軸受が転がり軸受であり、前記第2の軸受が滑り軸受であり、
前記転がり軸受は前記回転軸の軸方向の移動を許容しないことを特徴とするターボ圧縮機。 - 前記滑り軸受に軸支される前記回転軸のジャーナル部の外径を、前記回転軸の基本外径よりも太くした請求項1に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 前記第2の軸受を潤滑する潤滑油の粘度範囲を、VGグレード100〜220の範囲に設定した請求項1または2に記載のターボ圧縮機。
- 最高圧力0.2MPaG未満で使用される低圧冷媒を圧縮する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のターボ圧縮機と、
前記ターボ圧縮機によって圧縮された前記低圧冷媒を凝縮させる凝縮器と、
膨張した前記低圧冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、
を具備してなることを特徴とするターボ冷凍装置。
